“Every new beginning comes from some other beginning’s end.” It’s with a heavy heart to come to a tail end of our journey here in Colorado. This weekends service will be our last in the Rocky Mountain state. Due to common circumstances we are in need of change and will be heading east to Florida to get support from family and a fresh start. My food journey does not end here but will be taking a detour in the meantime. Thank you all so much for the support and love over the passed two years, I feel truly blessed. I will be Friday and Saturday and one last stop on Sunday!

Getting Started

A little about us, we are a family owned and operated food trailer with a combined 15 years of experience in fine dining restaurants. We are a community supported meaning we only work with local businesses, farms, and artisans. We source as much locally as possible during season and never work with large scale distribution, to keep money in our local economy. We run a diner style menu that reflects our cooking career and Cuban and Korean heritage that will always be evolving.
