Today is the day DRRTYWULVZ & FunkBox w/ Forest Fathers, Lazuli, and Buck Norris take over Blvd Nights main room!

Now to introduce our headliner...

DRRTYWULVZ is a passionate musical project that guides listeners on a deep adventure through sound. Levi Witt travels through out the US and internationally inspiring dance-floors with his impressively crisp production.
DRRTYWULVZ has graced many festival stages including Oregon Eclipse, Envision, Symbiosis, Enchanted Forest, Coalesce, Sonic Bloom & more. He has released several albums and his most recent creation “Petrichor" is out now on digital and vinyl.

2 MORE DAYS until DRRTYWULVZ & FunkBox w/ Forest Fathers, Lazuli, and Buck Norris this Friday on 7/7 at Blvd Nights, and we're so beyond excited to be bringing in FunkBox!

The FunkBox project is heavily involved in hip hop drum patterns and samples, to underground funk and soul artists samples, mixed with funky/heavy bass lines. Curating that with heavy neuro sound design and pouring his “goofy nature” into his music, 24 year old producer Will Van Winkle has the FunkBox project making waves through the community already.

Long ago in a forest far far away, two warriors banded together to protect their woodland paradise from an evil threatening to destroy everything they’ve come to love. Embracing the power of the mystical, darkwood and RÜGER take on an otherworldly quality. Their music transports listeners to a spiritual realm, invoking ancient rituals and summoning primal energies. Amidst the heavy beats and pulsating basslines, there is a profound sense of movement, as if the very earth beneath their feet is dancing in harmony. With each drop, their music becomes a transcendental experience, blending shamanic rhythms that intertwines the sacred and the visceral, leaving audiences moved and transformed.

“Hailing from Kansas City, the objective for Buck Norris is to take you on an auditory journey through the rhythms and sounds of the underground.

Exhibiting refined blends of deep dub, grime and heavy hitter bass music, his sets will engage you with the spiritual duality of light and dark while keeping your body moving on the dance floor.

With influences from artists like Ternion Sound, The Widdler and Truth and opening for artists such as Tacenda, RÜGER, and Darkwood, you can watch for Buck as he hits the stage at upcoming festivals and shows throughout the Midwest.”

Hey Kansas City, as we gear up for DRRTYWULVZ & FunkBox w/ Forest Fathers, Lazuli, and Buck Norris on July 7th at Blvd Nights we would like to properly introduce our artists.

First up we have Kansas City's very own Lazuli!

Lazuli aims to find a true balance between light and dark, invoking an essence of divine femininity which she infuses into her curation of mixes and selections. She is drawn to instruments and chord progressions from the far and middle east, deep and moving subtones, and moody melodies. Lazuli loves to create sets that deliver fluidity, a deep dive into raw emotions, and a journey of mind, body, and soul on the dancefloor. 2023 is the year she is delving into creation of her own sound, as part of the evolution of her musical and artistic endeavors.

Join us 4th of July weekend to expierence a very special audio-visual expierence you don't want to miss! We will have aerialists, circus performers, live painters and vendors for all attendee's to enjoy.

Colorado Friends! This weekend will be our last two volunteer cleanup days from the studio fire at the barn in Lyons, CO.

Please come prepared with close toed shoes, long pants & long sleeves, sunglasses or safety glasses, gloves & masks.

Thank you all for all of your help, and for showing up with so much support and love over the last few months. We are so blessed by this community and will be forever grateful to everyone who could be a part of this chapter in the Android story.

⛽ARTIST SPOTLIGHT⛽

Finally we would like to introduce to you our Friday nights headliner kLL sMTH .

You can catch him throwing down this Friday at kLL sMTH & phLo w/ Wickers Portal, SYNE, JUSH and Streylien located at Blvd Nights.

We will be using Ploutonion Sound to deploy a Funktion One rig at this event on the back patio within BLVD Nights.

kLL sMTH is an artist who has taken his love of hip-hop and expanded it into a vast array
of genres, from glitch-hop and drum and bass to dubstep and bass music. His DJing roots in
turntablism have influenced his production style, with scratching and mixing vinyl being some of
the first things he learned. He takes inspiration from experimentation, immersing himself in
music, nature, and anything life throws his way.
Kris is a member of collaborative projects, including glitch-hop and half-time trio
Ultrasloth (BioLumigen x Duffrey x kLL sMTH), ‘kLL Bill’ (kLL sMTH x Mr. Bill), a hype electronic
project, and gRLL sMTH which aims to spotlight up-and-coming artists, have a good time and
bring people together with food. With a constantly evolving sound and a commitment to
breaking away from the predictable, kLL sMTH promises to keep his fans on their toes with
every new set.

In just a few days Rhythm Antics will be bringing a very talented artist from Denver to KCMO named PhLo catch his set at the kLL sMTH & phLo w/ Wickers Portal, SYNE, JUSH and Streylien show happening Friday May 12th at Blvd Nights

Rooted in Hip-Hop, phLo continues to create a unique and organic style of music by combining his love of bass music, lyricism, and turtablism; while providing a high fidelity, psychedelic, hip hop infused sound with messages of knowledge and insight within. By using various elements in his performances, he promises his all original sets will bring in the proper energy without sounding like anyone else. Ranging from chill feelers to heavy bangers, phLo can curate any vibe that inspires and sparks the light within others; not only through his sound but his artwork too.

"Wicker's Portal is an electronic musician known for his innovative use of modular elements, which inspire him to create a diverse range of music. Along with the modular elements, he often incorporates different hardware and variations of production into his sets, making for a dynamic and engaging experience.

He has garnered a growing fan base due to his distinct sound and experimental approach. Wicker's Portal continues to push the boundaries of electronic music as he establishes himself as an artist to pay attention to over the coming years."

Last on our performer spotlights for kLL sMTH & phLo w/ Wickers Portal, SYNE, JUSH and Streylien, we have our performance coordinator, social media manager, and promotion lead Jinx!

Jinx is a multi-prop, multi-hoop illusionist who specializes in up to 5 hoops, double staff, fans, triads, swords, moon wand, palm torches, fire belt, and more! She is also a trained fire eater, contemporary/hip-hop/belly dancer, and aerialist. Her shapeshifting performances produce emotions in her audience and leaves them at the edge of their seat!

Christina Ali is a local Kansas City performance artist specializing in dance, flow arts and fire arts. In addition to entertaining, Christina is an instructor for both children and adults in these areas. Christina's primary Passion involves stage production and choreography centered around flow and fire arts. 🔥🖤🔥

Cedes, aka buns, is a multi prop flow artist based in KCMO and has a strong passion to share her visual performances with others. She embodies movement as a form of medicine and whole-heartedly advocates for others to get up and get moving. You’ll always find this girl with a prop in her hand or hanging in the air!

Kinsey, otherwise known as kinzspinz, is a Kansas City based flow artist that has been involved in flow since 2016. She enjoys fire and stage performing, as well as aerial arts apparatus lyra. She grew up a gymnast where her love for dance and movement transformed into a passion for flow arts. Her favorite props at the current moment are fire fans, buugeng, and hoop juggling.

Finn is a fire flow wizard who specializes in poi, hoops, dragon staff, and juggling. Since 2015, he has been extremely passionate about the ways of flow arts. His whimsical movements hypnotize the audience and sets them off into a deep trance.

JUSH hailing from Denver Colorado has always been pushing deep vibrational bass. Inspired by the likes of Hamdi, Caspa, Enigma Dubz, Tsuki, Rohaan, through various genres and aspects of musical direction. JUSH has always created a space where you can be free within your own mental and physical appreciation of music.

Happy Bicycle day friends! We are counting down the days till kLL sMTH & phLo w/ Wickers Portal, SYNE, JUSH and Streylien and are highlighting the many talented musicians featured, starting off with our very own Streylien from KC!

Streylien's musical journey began in the heart of the Midwest, where he discovered a deep passion for music and art at a young age. Learning to play piano and teaching himself guitar, he quickly became enamored with the power of sound and its ability to inspire and unite people.

In 2013, Streylien found himself drawn to the thriving electronic dance music community, and it was there that he discovered his true calling. With a fierce dedication to his craft, Streylien immersed himself in the art of mixing and production, honing his skills and building an impressive repertoire.

Over the years, Streylien has attended countless shows, music festivals, and curated events both locally and across the country, and it was during this time that he realized he no longer wanted to be just a spectator, but a creator of the very art form that had captivated him for so long.

Inspired by the likes of Liquid Stranger, Yheti, Ternion Sound, The Widdler, and Clozee among many other visionary artists, Streylien is devoted to harnessing the power of music to connect people through a shared experience of artistic enjoyment. As a key player in the Bass Anglers Collective, he is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for both show attendees and artists to collaborate and thrive.

With a unique sound that blends new and eclectic bass-heavy beats, ethereal melodies, and otherworldly textures, Streylien is poised to make a lasting impact on the world of electronic music. Keep an eye out for him as he takes off in his spaceship to land at upcoming bookings such as ReKinection Music Festival in June.
