Protein Bombs
Equal parts PB & Greek yogurt (next time I’m using less PB)
Mix
Freeze (about an hour)
Melt whatever chocolate (i added chopped pieces of Reese cup in mine 😅)
Dip
Put back in freezer for a bit
Enjoy
Almond flour - 1 c
Sugar - 1 T (I used monk fruit)
Baking soda - 1.5 t
Salt - pinch
Almond milk - 1/4 c
Eggs - 2 (whipped)
Extract - 1 T
Add your choice of fruit.
Perfect!

Brookie = kinda brownie, kinda cookie
