Views look familiar? If it’s too hot or too cold for a rooftop wedding Resorts World Las Vegas] Right below has Lily ballroom with the same views! Fun fact… I typically do not do summer weddings in Vegas because I love outdoor weddings and it’s well over 110 always. But if the right couple comes along like & Charlie then we make an exception! This couple was so cute and so much fun! The ceremony was held outside then indoors for still amazing views.

*fun fact… we planned in less than 2 months. Jen was with her mother, aunts and cousins visiting resorts world and I was available for last minute meeting where the ladies had champagne for me and the rest is a love story!!!

I’m changing today’s original post because I just woke up to the best news ever! & Pat are excepting their first baby. I had to share this first photo because their announcement was adorable. Natalie’s shirt says eating cookies for two and his says just eating cookies which one of the favorite parts about the wedding was an ice cream cookie sandwich station! Congratulations to you both! I’m so happy for you.

When your seating chart has the backdrop of the lake and the mountains 😍 placement of certain elements of a wedding can truly change the look. If we had this placed by the reception space, yes it would have been pretty still as a piece but it wouldn’t offer the extra romantic beauty of the backdrop here.

I get asked a lot about my favorite venues which I definitely do have quite a few. Rose rooftop is definitely one of them. I mean look at this view! It has become the most sought out venue for some of my clients. It’s basically the perfect blank space with the perfect backdrop of the strip. I tend to be at this property now quite a bit and I love it more each time. I’m back there in 2023 and one of those weddings actually hired me based off TikTok (which I swear my New Year’s resolution is to be better on social). Looking back at all the stunning weddings of 2022. Can’t wait to share a recap of all of them. This wedding the gorgeous bride wanted pretty, pink, romance and this is exactly what she got. 😍

*side note and a perk of having a wedding planner, I received a call Tuesday night this wk (wedding was Friday) saying we couldn’t hold reception in the space because the wind caused damage that possibly needed welding. Well I put stoli in the car the night in her pajamas and went there while calling any welder possible in town. Thankfully the venue ended up finding one too that was approved to fix before the day! I had two weddings there that weekend and they didn’t know until after the fact. Things will always happen no matter how perfectly planned a wedding can be. Hiring a planner allows us to take on the stress and find solutions for you, without you even knowing. ☺️

Hi Everyone! So it’s been forever since I have posted and I am sorry. For those of you who don’t know me I’m Desi and aside from my daughter Stoli, planning weddings is my life! I have been working on a lot of different events as well as rebranding this year. After 10+ years, Desirable Events is officially changing names to Desi Camille Weddings + Events! Thank you all so much for your continued support and I will start posting all of our gorgeous weddings! We are currently booking for 2023 and 2024 with few dates left in spring 2023. Looking forward to next year!

Today these two and celebrated their marriage finally with friends and family. We met in 2019 and I instantly felt connected to these two. After multiple postponements and a gorgeous baby girl, this wedding turned out so perfect. I’m so happy we were able to do it but also so excited for the lifelong friendship I see you with three ☺️ congratulations!

Where do I begin with these two gorgeous people! & are incredible chefs who met working together years ago. This truly made the food focus exceptional but my favorite part was designing! One day I had a linen meeting (not for them) and the second I walked in a charger plate caught my eye. I knew they had to have it! It was stunning and as Chefs, table settings of course were of high importance. The wedding was stunning just like these two. When I met Lauren, I knew we would grow a friendship out of this. I’m looking forward to hanging out, catching up, and having fabulous dinners together!

Something truly special and fun is having a live painter like the incredible Lucy Brownlee Fine Art] at your wedding! She sat in the reception space and painted all the elements of the reception. Yes there was Elvis, showgirls, a band. These are actual guests too. The mother of the bride is closest to the band! This is definitely one of the best things to take away from your wedding!
