It’s so special watching families grow. My first session with the McDermott family was 3 years ago when Liam was a newborn. Last weekend I met them at their new home in Santa Barbara. We focused the session more on plane and less on posing. So many beautiful moments were captured!

Always keep your camera out. Don’t put it away until your clients are in the car. I remember that advice from someone well over 10 years ago. They showed me the most beautiful photo they had taken of a mom and son after they called it. This session was so perfect. Everyone sat in perfect lighting with perfect smiles. I took these last photos after the session was over. And they were the best!!

I originally photographed this family a few years ago and was so happy when they reached out to have me photograph their son's bar mitzvah!

It was such a special and thoughtful event that they had in their backyard and with all of their son's favorite foods.

I think newborn sessions with the second child and after might be one of my favorite types of sessions! You not only see the love of the parents but also that new sibling curiosity and love. It is precious to witness and capture.

I love that I've had the pleasure of working with this beautiful family since their oldest was a newborn!

Now the twins are here and being able to watch them all grow up has been amazing. Capturing these special moments is truly amazing!

This adorable family has been trying to get photos at the beach with the sun like this since they got engaged and the sun FINALLY cooperated. 😍

Everyone had such a fun time playing around in the sand and water and enjoying themselves!

This is one of the things I pride myself on when in a session. I want to be sure everyone is having fun and is relaxed, even when the littlest ones may be running around like crazy.

And another adorable family!! I recently started really enjoying morning sessions for kids who still nap. I’ve been encouraging them a lot more. Because it never fails someone missed a nap on photo day. This family brought their morning A game! I love how everyone’s personality really shines in every photo.

Hi!!! I’m here! Wow, I’ve been so bad at posting anything professionally that it looks as if I don’t even work anymore 😂😂. The truth is, social media is the last think on my mind when I go to a session or deliver a gallery. But I’m working! Probably too much but that’s how I roll. So many things have changed for me this year. I’m finally moving on from weddings (feels really nice to finally commit to that decision). Family portraits are my main squeeze now. And my new adventure Fund Photos is growing at a pace that couldn’t have me more thrilled. So today I set aside time for social media and I’m just gonna blow up everyone’s feed. Let’s start with this adorable baby!!

To say I’m overwhelmed by the success of our first .photos season is an understatement. We successfully photographed 258 families! Thank you to my amazing team! I for sure could not have done it without you. Thank you to all of the schools who partnered with me this spring. And thank you to my husband, family, and friends for cheering me on. This was a HUGE undertaking. I think I ate 6 bottles of tums to handle my stress. Lol! But thank you so much to everyone. I am beyond grateful for everyone’s support!

Better late than never. I wanted to share my gratitude with all the people who helped turn this year around. 2020 started with so much hope. My business was picking up speed again and bam! A pandemic. 2021 I was able to pick myself back up full speed ahead. THANK YOU to everyone who decided to work with me. Thank you to everyone who connected me to someone or some opportunities. I greatly appreciate every person who crosses my path and has helped me to be able to contribute to my family again. 2022 has something big coming your way but I’ll save that news for a later date. Happy birthday to my son Noam. 4 years old! This all went by so fast and so slow at the same time. These have been some of the most incredible years of my life. I look forward to all of the years ahead of us! I love you more than words can ever express!
