Crisp Floral Design specializes in events and weddings and is based in Uvalde, Texas. Sherrill Crisp, the owner and designer, has several years of experience with event planning and styling. Sherrill studied floral design at Texas A&M University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Horticulture in 2008. She went on to intern in Dallas at the renowned event planning company, Todd Events. S

ince that time, Sherrill has designed flowers for weddings and events from Texas to Michigan. For your wedding or event, you can count on Crisp Floral Design to have a close working relationship with you every step of the way.

People are usually very intrigued by my job and I always downplay my career and explain the hard parts of being a florist. “It’s not just playing with flowers all the time” I’ll tell them.

I realize that sounds pretty negative, and also I guess I’m trying not to make people feel bad about their own occupation.

Truly though, I am thankful that I get to do what I love. It’s not always rainbows and unicorns, but it is pretty darn cool. I work with amazing flowers all the time (like this rose that I’m literally obsessed with) and I’m not going to take that for granted.
