From the whirlwind site visit in February (when your clients can still see the beauty of Cape Cod and the inspiration for their event) to the on site ex*****on in June...the Eventful Connections LLC team was hard at work ensuring this client's vision for an "island" global meeting of the minds was productive and exceeded their expectations and goals. Based at Wequassett Resort and Golf Club our client's guests enjoyed several days of focused and informative sessions coupled with a little free time to explore the Cape on their choice of excursions, including Truro Vineyards + South Hollow Spirits. Capped off by a fun and relaxing off site dinner event at Wychmere Beach Club, the end result was SUCCESS!

It has been a really busy spring. We started May off with a client conference in Puerto Rico. It was a great week and a lot was accomplished!

Over 500 attendees, 65 Sponsor exhibitors, volunteers, and the Eventful Connections LLC crackerjack team had a day filled with education, networking, and motivation. The LIFE Conference gets better every year...and the bar is set high for 2025!

"The permission to hope"...those are the inspirational words of one of the speakers from this year's amazing LIFE Conference for which Eventful Connections LLC was proud to once again have been the Contractor. With 350 people in attendance for a 2-day virtual conference, the impact of providing education and support for persons with disabilities, their families and the professionals who provide services is lasting and undeniable. We are honored and proud to work with the Delaware Developmental Disabilities Council and the full Planning Committee on this important event. Thank you to all of the Sponsors, speakers, attendees, and our technical crew for making LIFE Conference XXIV a huge success! Time to start planning for 2024...hopefully back in person.

It's been a whirlwind fall so far, with great client events! When our client said they came from a "landlocked region" and wanted to see water...we put together a couple of days of fun! From fresh seafood and sushi overlooking the Canal, to a private schooner cruise, to the grand finale--a clambake on the beach! Rave reviews all around!!

This year's LIFE Conference was a fully virtual event spread over 3 days...and was a huge success! With 350 registered attendees and educational sessions across a broad spectrum of topics, coupled with networking and fun...it was almost as good as being in person. Almost...I miss seeing everyone in person. We were proud to be the Contractor for this first ever virtual LIFE Conference!

I remember. I woke up that morning 20 years ago today being concerned that a restaurant had served the wrong potatoes at my client's tasting the day before. How trivial. But, I had clients from the UK in Boston about to start a wonderful incentive trip that we had been planning for over a year, and everything had to be "perfect". And then, the world changed. Everything was put in perspective. And whilst I still strive for perfection in the programs we operate, I also focus on the humanity of why we gather together. For all those who lost loved ones that day, and since in the war, our thoughts, prayers, and love are with you today!!

We were delighted to have been a small part of our client's fabulous event at the beautiful Chatham Bars Inn Farm. The weather was great, the decorative tablescape enhancements we planned looked lovely, and to cap it off, music provided by the very talented Mark Greel was enjoyed by all!

Once in-person events regain their traction, the green meetings movement will surely regain its pre-pandemic prominence. After all, the reasons for eco-consciousness are just as pressing now as they were last spring.
