Being in the biz makes it challenging sometimes to make it to lunch, since we’re serving it so often ourselves. However, we had a Thursday off and made to first week of soft opening.
Widi and Jason have been working for a year to make this brick and mortar dream come true and we wish them all the best.
Their food was amazing and fresh on the truck and we can only imagine with a well trained team they will maintain the high bar they set in their former iteration.
We were treated with habanero chicken loaded fries, and even though we were trying to keep it healthier with a salad version of meals for lunch, we devoured it regardless.
