Some highlights from the this weekend. The FlexJet Factory Stock Showdown was full of action for Lee Hartman and the Hartman Racing Team. Lee’s Dodge DragPak made it all the way to the finals after defeating AJ Berge in this round three run.

Lee Hartman raced his way to the FINALS this weekend at the NHRA SUMMIT RACING EQUIPMENT NATIONALS at Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio. Lee is an Ohio native, coming from Canfield. This marks his fourth year racing in the Factory Stock Showdown class. He ran his Dodge DragPak consistently all weekend after rain delays postponed qualifying on Friday. In the first round of eliminations late on Saturday night, Lee brought the win against Don Belles running a 7.80. He followed up with another win in round two of eliminations, with his fastest ET of the weekend a 7.77, beating Kevin Skinner. On Sunday Lee was back at it, defeating AJ Berge in round three with a 7.82. After a bye in round four Lee was headed to the finals. He ran a solid 7.80 at 175 mph but came up just shy of the win against Stephen Bell who ran a 7.78 at 177 mph.
