Employee Spotlight: Meet Natalie Drown
At Iacofano’s Catering & Events, our people are the foundation of our success — whether in Charleston, SC; Columbia, SC; Charlotte, NC; or Cleveland, OH. Today, we’re thrilled to spotlight Natalie Drown, Cook 2 in our Cleveland operations.
Natalie officially joined the Iacofano’s family on July 14, 2025, and she brings energy, innovation, and heart to every dish.
What she loves about working here:
“I love the freedom of making recipes and how every day there is something new.”
Favorite Iacofano’s dishes:
• Beef Stir Fry
• Pineapple Chicken
A personal recipe that shaped her passion:
Natalie’s Grandpa’s Chicken Cutlets — a Sunday tradition — uses pounded chicken breast dipped in an egg wash (salt, pepper, garlic powder), then coated in Italian breadcrumbs, Parmesan, panko, and seasonings, fried in olive oil until golden (finishing in the oven if needed).
Life outside the kitchen:
Natalie enjoys baking, painting, and skiing — creative outlets that echo her culinary style.
Aspirations:
She’s committed to continuously learning new skills and hopes to take on more responsibilities within Iacofano’s.
