Party City is closing all its stores in the United States. I’m sure there are a lot of reasons including supply chain issues, the increasing costs of goods, labor costs, access to helium and more. Some of these I am also experiencing. And, although one major resource is closing, please know you have options right here in Springfield Illinois. In case you didn’t know, It's a Wrap Gifts & Promotions, has had a balloon decor business since 1996. We started with just a Happy Birthday or Get Well balloon on gift baskets. Since then we followed the trends, adding Classic Designs and then the Organics. Our style and decor has changed with YOUR requests. And we are still expanding in the balloon arena. Please know, our prices are fair based on a variety of factors including balloon availability, wholesale/retail pricing, labor/time on task, design complexity, Linear footage, the high price of helium, equipment needs (compressors, frames, backdrops, etc). So in February, in honor of our 30th anniversary in the gift basket business, we are offering the following. Order 30 in stock only balloons and receive a .30 cent discount per balloon. Our Story

It's A Wrap! provides Gift Baskets, Balloons and Event Planning services in Springfield, Illinois, to help you manage all of life's occasions. Whether for business or personal gift giving, our gift baskets are designed to help you stay in touch with all the important people in your life-- employees, colleagues, associates, families and friends. From the boardroom to the dining room our convenient and creative gift basket, balloon and event planning service communicates a variety of sentiments that match every occasion.

We started out 23 years ago when a couple of retailers in Galesburg, Illinois asked me to create gift baskets with their products. I have to admit, I knew nothing about making gift baskets or bow making either. But, I used to buy them and send them to family and friends. So I dived right in. People helped me along the way. A dear friend, Louise Schuback, taught me to make bows and a competitor gave me a run for my money in marketing.
