Tri for Jimmy has adjusted our race dates to accommodate our athletes volunteers, spectators and more so we can all participate in the Inaugural IRONMAN 70.3 Western Massachusetts events in 2023.

For all of those parents, aunts, uncles, teachers, etc... wanting to get their kids, the kids in the neighborhood, your students involved in a bike event... Suffield PMC Kids Ride is back and we can’t wait. It is the 11th event and the team looks forward to adding to the $380,000 raised for The Jimmy Fund/Dana Farber Cancer Institute since 2012. Let your child be part of the future!
Adults can volunteer and be out on the course, encouraging and guiding the kiddos.

One week from today, we ride. The Suffield PMC Kids Ride, presented by Koverage Insurance Group, 10 AM, May 7, McAlister School in Suffield. COURSE CHANGES FOR 2019!

Attention Athletes!! Course Changes for 2019 – PLEASE READ!!

Due to the construction of the bridge on Nash’s Mill Road, there will be significant changes to the course for 2019:
• The covered bridge and the switchback are NOT part of the 2019 course
• All athletes will exit RIGHT out of the transition area for both the bike and run (both distances)
• The International Run course is different from the original course – see course maps on website
• The International and Sprint Bike course is different from the original course – see course maps on website
• The International Bike course will be FOUR loops
• The Sprint Bike course will be TWO loops
• The finish chute has moved to the FAR SIDE of the transition area
• There are TWO U-TURNS on the bike course – please use caution!
• There will be times when both runners and bikers are in the same proximity on course. Please share the road and use verbal alerts when passing!
• Spectator parking has moved – it will be at White Eagles Polish Picnic Grounds located at 249 Plain Rd, Greenfield, MA 01301. It is approx. a one mile walk to the finish line – please plan accordingly.
• No cars will be permitted to leave the competitor parking area/Nash’s Mill Road until noon – NO EXCEPTIONS! If you need to leave before noon, please use the spectator lot.

We'll miss our beloved bridge and fun switchback this year, but this year's course is sure to be fast and flat! Thank you for supporting the Greenfield Tri - and happy racing!
