Do we have any projection experts on the page? Home theater nerds? We need advice :-)
Thai noodle soup
The story of how Kevin learned about learned about Thai noodle soup back in the 80s
Continuing to learn about energy resiliency during our first snow accumulation of this winter. The next few days will not have much sun for solar battery charging, and we will need to use the Dewey battery to power heaters in one of the tents. The other two heaters can operate off power from the EV. Batteries and panels on the food truck itself (Huey) should be sufficient to operate all day.
In honor of the cooler weather, Chef Bee declares Thai Noodle Soup Day! This video is Kevin’s long winded “War Story” of his intro to this soup. We are serving 11-8 tues-sat, 150 S Briggs St. 303 523 9623 to call in, or online at www.beesthaikitchen.com

Many of you enjoy the vibrant flavors Chef Bee creates with her recipes. Such flavors depend on the freshest ingredients, which is why we have a long term project learning to grow the most important herbs, fruits, and vegetables here in Lafayette. Here is our latest progress 🙂. We will be serving in Erie today from 11-8. 303 523 9623 to phone in, or online at www.beesthaikitchen.com
