NAMI Washington is the state office of the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization. NAMI Washington, with 19 affiliates across the state, is dedicated to improving the lives of millions of people affected by mental health conditions. They educate, advocate, and lead to increase awareness and provide critical support and education.

This unforgettable event will bring people together to make a difference in the lives of under-resourced youth through the power of sports.

🏀🎾 Did you know? Only 5% of youth meet the federally recommended amount of exercise daily. Together, we can change this statistic and empower our youth through sports!

💫Tomorrow, May 4th at 5:30 PM ✨

This year’s gala theme, “Be a Force for Change,” takes inspiration from Star Wars, reminding us that each of us has the power to make a difference, no matter how small our actions may seem.
