🎶Welcome Back ... Welcome Back... Welcome Back!

Yes, I am back and better then ever. I am sure you noticed I took a couple of months away from social media, people to reflect on my empire and myself.

It was tough. I was in such a state of confusion with myself and where my empire was headed, it felt like I lost my passion to plan. I didn't know how to get out of it for a while. I truly had to dig deep.

With a little prayer 🙏🏽and lot of mediation, little reading, and a lot of talking. I realized that I needed to honor my rest and let it go. I knew that I am being prepared for something much bigger.

Once I let go of having the control of my empire and let God take it over, I was filled with peace, joy, and understanding. Now, with a mind full of clarity and passion I am able to look at my empire with new perspective.

Which means I have redesigned what I want prioritize within the empire. I will continue to talk about planning, education, and consulting here but, our and social events will get its own love on the page (Check it out).

This update also means our focus on events has changed. We are now focused on Corporate (galas & retreats), Conferences, and Convention events. It is not to say we wont embark on other events but we... no, I realized these are the events I absolutely love to plan, coordinate, and execute to exceptional standard.

👧🏽Ever since I was a kid, I wanted to grow up to be an event planner. And I’ll never forget the day I realized that this is what I really loved.

I often get asked; what got me into events? My reply is always, "I didn't get into events, events got into me". That's how I know this is my purpose in life.

Many of you may already know but, some of you don't know so, let me break it down to you. While most little kids wanted to play with barbies and set-up a tea party, I would go the extra mile of designing invitations and handing them to my dolls to accept - giggle🤣.

However, the most pivotal moment came when I turned 10 years old. Yep, yo girl had the chance (or should I say calling) to plan her own 10th birthday party.
✔ I designed my invitations, gathered the details for my party and ensured that every goodie bag had a special treat.
✔Those were just a few things that I handled for my party but, you better believe no one left my party without feeling special and as if it was a party designed just for them, even though it was MY birthday party.

That's the thing I thrive knowing that others feel that they are making memories at events and not just attending an event. I truly believe that your event should create such an experience that every single person feels like the event was thrown just for them. There is no greater joy than hearing someone say "Wow, that was so unbullievable, I truly enjoyed myself".

✨This is why I do what I do. If I can continue to make every event a memorable experience, then that means there is one extra smile in the world.

How do I 🧐 convert my Masterclass event goers to paid clients?

As a Virtual Event Planner, I get asked this question a lot so I thought I'd help you, too!

Here are my top tips for using an IRRESISTABLE event to convert for your launch:

1) make your masterclass an EXPERIENCE.. now, more than ever, it's important to stand out from the crowd

2) ENGAGE with your event goers throughout the Masterclass.. this may mean bringing on support; it can be tricky to stay on topic *and* answer all the questions in the comments

3) Don't forget to FOLLOW UP with a survey, email or hand written note.. you know what they say- the fortune is in the follow up.

Social Media is funny.

It's like a time capsule of memories. As I scroll back- I can see that this time last year, I was unsure of the direction of my business (and honestly, life). My corporate career was put on hold because of the pandemic and I just felt like I was being pushed to finally take a leap of Faith ✝️ and really go ALL IN on Unbullievable Events.

This year has broughts UPS. And it's brought DOWNS. Entrepreneurship is 🎢 funny like that... put I'm so proud to say there's been far more ups than downs and my next year around the sun is looking like it's going to be my best yet.

That's right- It's my birthday! My birthday AND Easter and that just spells fun. (And if you know anything about me, I hope it's that I always bring the FUN 🎉!!)

I'll be taking the day to celebrate with family, but I wanted to take a moment to thank you for being on this wild ride with me. Happy Easter 🐰

Ever worried you’re being annoying when you sell?

News flash: you’re in business to make money, right? If not, you have a hobby, not a business.

Too many of us worry about sounding “salesy” but hello? We have a product or service to sell! 🙌 And people need what we have.

Want to know what makes me want to jump out of bed each morning?
..aside from my morning cup of coffee?!

You! Yes You!!

Just about 1 year ago I leaned all the way into this virtual event thing. I started with local businesses: helping brick and mortar small businesses in the area keep afloat during the pandemic, continued parterning with nonprofits to plan their galas: at first fully virtual, then hybrid, and now a little bit of everything, AND THEN.. my eyes got opened to the online entrepreneur community.

Through my faith and my drive I've began to build a community that feels 💯 aligned with my goal to build a business that:
fuels my creativity,
empowers others to be their unique selves,
supports small business owners,
AND pay the bills 🙃

Be honest. Do you jump out of bed each morning because of a goal you have? Or is it just for the coffee?

Have you ever done this?

"Can I tell you about my friend Cassie*?

Before we started working together she was doubting her business model. She had been working with one of the best sales coaches out there and knew her own program could really make waves and help so many online business owners- but Cassie was stuck.

This is what I think ⬇️

It’s better to go slowly in the right direction than fast and unsure of your direction at all.

When I’m unsure, I have to pause and check in with myself.

I take a deep breath.

I pray.

I journal all the reasons WHY I started.

And I bounce ideas off of my inner circle- there's something about talking it out that gives me clarity.

There is beauty in slowing down.
