Tig’s holiday stock up sale is now open! Sales will remain open until 5:30pm on Thursday, December 12, 2024 unless sold out earlier.

Pick up for this sale will be at our Duluth shop from Noon-6:00pm on December 23 and 11am-2pm on December 24 only, no exceptions! Please do not order if you can’t pick up during these times.

Here is what you need to know:
1) Tig’s spiral-cut, double smoked ham is $6.50/lb and require a $25 non-refundable deposit with the balance due at pick up. We expect hams to be in the range of 7-11 lbs (total cost of the hams will range from $45.50-$71.50 at pick up minus your $25 deposit paid).
2) We cannot reserve a size of ham. They are first come, first serve. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
3) Hams can be ordered with or without the glaze which will be served on the side. Just select that option at purchase.
4) Ribs, brisket, chicken, pork, beans, smoked mashed potatoes, smoked au gratin potatoes, and mac & cheese will all be available for purchase. We will also have smoked sliced turkey breast in limited quantities available for $20/lb.
5) We cannot ship meats or sides, but can ship sauces, rubs, gift boxes, and gift cards. If you are interested in those items please email us for purchase and shipping costs. [email protected]

Tig’s holiday stock up sale opens Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 7:00am!!! Sales will stay open until 5:30 on Thursday, December 12, 2024 unless sold out earlier. Tig will have a full menu of all his original smoke meats and sides for purchase as well as double smoked ham with Tig’s original recipe apricot glaze!!

Additionally this year, Tig is offering Texas twinkies on this sale! These are jalapeños cut in half and stuffed with cream cheese and brisket, wrapped in bacon, and then lightly smoked. They will be sold in packages of six ready to just heat and eat.
