Looking for a video game coach for my video game trailer. Need to have an outgoing and helpful personality, and must love video games. And example of an Ideal candidate would be a streamer.
Must have experience with XBox One and PS4, and experience with a Nintendo Switch and PS4 VR is a plus.
Must also understand how to connect consoles to TVs etc. the trailer has 8 TVs and 14 consoles, plus dish tv. This is all run via 8 hdmi switches and an 8 way hdmi splitter so you have to be able to understand how to control which console is on which tv etc.
We do a wide variety of events such as birthday parties, fall festivals, college events, etc. you must be able to work with all ages and help them with a wide variety of games.

Must be able to pass a background check because we work with kids.
Strongly encourage applicants of both genders, males seem to be more interested but we also would like to encourage female applicants because parents are more comfortable with a female being present and girls seem to be more engaged by a female game coach.

You will be a 1099 contractor meaning I do not withhold anything from your pay, and you can take or turn down any event you want. However there will be a bonus for being reliable.

The average 2hr event will pay $30. Every event will require setup before and cleanup after. That can take from 10mins to 30 mins.
If we have an event beyond 30 miles you will be payed for travel time.
For events longer than 2hrs you will make $15/hr.

The business is still pretty new so initially you will not be very busy. But it could potentially turn into a full time income in 6 months or so.
We have events most weekends, Friday evenings are also popular, and occasional weekday events.

This is a 1099 contractor job. You will be paid per event. You will start out at $30 per 2hr event (usually take approx 3hrs including cleaning and travel). Longer events pay more.

We are looking for someone to help us with video game trailer events.
We do birthdays, schools, churches, graduation parties etc etc.

Mostly the job consists of setting up the consoles/games when we arrive at an event, helping kids during the event, getting additional controllers, swapping games, occasionally helping the figure out how to do stuff etc., and then cleaning up after the event.

Knowledge of various gaming consoles and games is preferred. As well as experience connecting / trouble shooting hdmi connections.
You must be able to work well with kids.
We are ideally looking for someone that can also drive the trailer so experience towing a trailer is a plus.

That said no experience is needed we can do all the training that is needed for someone that is otherwise a good fit for us.

Must have a clean background and ideally a clean driving record.

We also have an inflatable axe throw game and tents and tables that you will occasionally have the opportunity to help with if you want additional pay.

Most of our events are on the weekend, we do a fair bit of schools and churches during the week in the spring and summer.

The work is a bit sporadic

You don’t have to work every event, but if you commit to an event you’re expected to show up.

You need reliable transportation to and from our base of operations in Kathleen, or work days will begin and end there, we ride together in the company truck to events.

I am looking for someone nerdy, techy, and fun.
First off, this position is an independent contractor 1099 job, I pay $30/local 2hr event with additional pay when we have to travel or for events with additional time. Starting out this will be occasional work. My business is still growing and recovering from covid so it’s a bit hard to say how frequently we will have events. However we are busy most weekends. But we do have several school events upcoming also.
Ideally I would like to hire someone with experience towing a large trailer, as this will open opportunities for additional pay.

All events and/or additional work are optional to accept but once you commit to an event you are expected to be reliable.

Ideally (but not mandatory) looking for a gamer with lots of experience. Not just the triple A titles. We have Xbox one, PS4, PS4 VR, Nintendo switch, snes Classic, and PS2. And I don’t even know how many games at this point.
You don’t have to be familiar with everything but the more systems/games you’re comfortable with the better.
We have 8 TVs. 7 of them have hdmi switches to control which source is in which tv. So understanding how AV equipment works is good. Especially hdmi switches and splitters.
Trouble shooting is an on the fly part of the job. Tv says no source, one Xbox isn’t getting internet etc.
We work primarily with kids. So you must be good with kids and have a clean background.
Primarily the job consists of turning on all the electronics and getting games set up. Occasionally helping kids that don’t know what they are doing. Changing games and just supervising the kids. After each party we clean and sterilize the trailer.

Must not fall for puppy dog eyes from kids. When they break the rules you may have to be the bad guy and kick them out etc.

We also have inflatables, tents, and tables, so being able bodied enough to do occasional manual labor is preferred but again not mandatory. For reference this work was done by a petite woman previously so it doesn’t require a ton of strength or anything.

If you made it this far, this is really a pretty chill job. It’s not exactly steady but it is pretty good money for the level of work, and it’s a pretty relaxed work environment. Hi

Community event in Panama City, Florida!!!

3 years ago today I took possession of my video game trailer.
Today I have officially been in business for 3 years.
We survived a global pandemic, and today we are at a community event in Panama City, Florida. This is officially both our largest event so far and the furthest we have traveled for an event.
Hopefully this is a good indicator for the year to come.

I am so thankful for all of our customers, the wonderful women that work with me, and all the friends and family that have supported me in this journey!
