Pure Stock Catering & Culinary Services was started for one reason, my love and passion for food and the Culinary Arts. For as long as I can remember I always love cooking, it all started when I was very young cooking with my mother at home. And it just grew from there. I have been cooking in some fashion for over 38 years. I have cooked in casual dining restaurants, golf and country clubs, banque
t facilities, fine dining restaurants and Hotels. My oldest son and our Catering Chef is a recent graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. He has a vast knowledge in the Culinary Arts field including new culinary trends and has a special interest in wines and wine paring. My youngest son also enjoys cooking and continues our culinary family tradition.He also is responsible for our photography, and I T matters. Lastly, my fiancée is my rock and business consigliere. She is a trained chef and is the General Manager of a large casual dining concept restaurant. Pure Stock Catering & Culinary Services always puts our customers first and caters to their needs.
