The mountains are still calling! 🏔️

So many have asked what they can do to help, as our beautiful mountains recover from Hurricane Helene, and aside from volunteering or donating, to reputable organizations like , I want to suggest the following…

1. Plan your family vacation to the mountains next year! This area depends heavily on tourism, so we need visitors to keep our local businesses going! They literally need you, to help keep food on the table!

2. Plan your 2025 or 2026 wedding in the mountains! For most wedding vendors, weddings are our sole source of income! Postponements and cancellations have caused a financial strain on our wedding community. By planning your wedding in the mountains you will be supporting local wedding vendors, area restaurants, and shops! I would love the opportunity to help you plan your dream wedding and support the amazing vendors our area has to offer!

3. Buy now, visit later! There are many local businesses with an online presence, so you can order from our local businesses online or buy a gift card to use the next time you visit!

We are ok! ❤️
Thank you so much to all of you who have been checking on me and my family! We are all safe and our house did not sustain damage. We have water and power and currently have Wi-Fi 🤞🏻. However, our community has been destroyed. We have spent the last three days sifting through mud to help our neighbors find anything that they can salvage, moving people out of their flooded homes, setting up a supply distribution center, and today we are hosting a community spaghetti dinner. It has been a horrible time for our community, but wonderful to see people coming together to help. Keep WNC in your prayers and if you feel led, donate to - they are literal boots on the ground and I can assure you that your donations will go to help those in need! ❤️

✨After nearly a decade, I thought it was about time I introduced myself! Hey y’all, I’m Megan!

✨I have been a planner my whole life! I was the girl who always organized the sleepovers, elementary school reunions, epic birthday parties, etc.! Planning is my love language! 😆 That’s why I’m so thankful to have been able to plan events professionally for 11 years and counting!

✨My hubby and I have been married for over 16 years and I still remember my wedding day like it was yesterday! It was truly one of the most magical days of my life and I strive to make sure all of our couples experience that same magic!

✨ I have 5 amazing kiddos who are the light of my life, but also the reason I will probably have gray hair soon! 😂

✨I am a sports mama through and through! There are more balls in my house than we know what to do with…baseballs, footballs, basketballs, golf balls…but I wouldn’t have it any other way! ⚾️🏈🏀⛳️

✨ I have two of the sweetest goobers to ever walk the earth! Oliver and Remi are our golden retriever pups and we are absolutely in love with them!

✨ I have the greatest friends a girl could ask for, and many of them have been by my side since elementary school! If I’m ever arrested, chances are I’m with them, and if I’m not with them, they are who I’m calling for bail money! 💰💕🤣

✨ I absolutely love to travel and am always up for an adventure, a cup of coffee is the way to my heart, and chances are I’m listening to Morgan Wallen or Hardy!
