After year and a half of not catering due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In November I agreed to do a last minute catering job for the Delaware Division of the Visually Impaired, Vocational Rehabilitation Unit in Middletown, DE.
This was the review of that event:
RELIEVED & FANTASTIC!! Thanks for your patience Janice. Also, you need to know that the students raved about the food, but so did the instructor from the international school of protocol. She said that the quality and presentation was unbelievable for all the years that she has been privy to catering services. She really was so pleased and so complementary. As well, I called our Deputy Director to come and pick up all the leftovers, and he was also unbelievably impressed with the quality of the food and the presentation. He was also completely amazed that you were willing to come up from the beaches!! As a matter fact, he said "let's keep her in our resources for future events." He should be very proud of yourself and I am ever so grateful to you and Robin for helping us make this event not only successful, but truly absolutely delicious!
