Happy New Year from all of the Verbois gang in ENC!

2025 is here.

It’s been seven years since we founded Righteous, and somewhere along the way we became complacent. Not content. Complacent. Too comfortable on this path of God. That’s when evil strikes!

No fear! The family and I know the calling. We know the truth, and we are honored to continue fighting these streets for Christ! This year let’s really give it to God!

Anger.

The meds help. Screams in prayer get me by, but the expression left on my face is unbearable. Zoned out. A ticking time bomb. Dead to the touch until provoked.

I’m impatient. Rush me and I feel cornered. I hurry on to the next task. Half focus.

Mine is the fourth cross.
Mine is a silent applause.
Mine is a small loss.
Mine is a vibrant cause.

We all have our cross to carry. As Christians it’s almost a certainty that you’ll encounter some “fourth cross” moments, and it’s important to arm oneself with scripture as the sword! Ours is a collaboration of guilt. Not just Jews. Not just Gentiles. Every man. Guilty of sending the only perfect man to the cross. Imagine what Jesus could have done with another thirty three years.

Anyway.

I saddle a guilt that motivates me to be a better Christian. To be more like Jesus. Let’s use our cross for crushing the day not crunching on another loss. Guilty. Yes. Redeemed. Oh yeah.

So scream HALLELUJAH and praise the King.

He shall rise!!

Good Friday.

We call it good because of the sacrifice that was made. However, John and Mary wept heavy tears as Jesus hung bleeding out on the cross. His disciples scattered. His followers turned against him.

He even had to carry his own cross until a man by the name of Simon stepped up!
