Pine’s Story
Pine Paradise started out as a small cabin for his family to enjoy on the weekends about 25 years ago. His passion for building, improving, and quest for perfection, have made Pine Paradise the amazing and unique place that it is today! Davy never stops adding... He has built the place up slowly over the years, and he still works everyday to make sure that anyone who stays at Pine Paradise is 100% happy with their stay! His hopes are that each renter enjoys Pine Paradise to the fullest and makes memories that will last a lifetime as he has with his family!

Why is HomeAway pricing not accurate? Due to the location of our property, we are responsible for collecting 3 different taxes. HomeAway only collects 1% KY Transient and 6% Sales Tax. We are responsible for collecting Edmonson County Tax (3%) that applies to lodging rental which Homeaway will not allow us to add.
How many people can you sleep? Pine Paradise can sleep 65 people comfortably in beds. In addition, we have 32 extra sleeping spots in our “camping style” Wagons that have 8 bunkbeds in each.
Can I build your own package? Yes. During off season you can build your own package. Off season starts in November and ends in April.
Can I come visit the property? Absolutely, but by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Due to respecting the privacy of our guest, we will not give a tour when the property is rented. Please contact admin to set up your site visit!
Is the Black Barn additional? Yes. $2500. The Black Barn Venue is our newest and most beautiful addition yet! See the photos for yourself!
