Let us bring the delicious tastes of Japanese Flair to your next party or event! We built our loyal sushi and Tepanyaki following on our amazing catering. At Japanese Flair we have perfected the sushi catering experience as well as Japanese style Hibachi (Tepanyaki)!! We offer 6 basic types of Catering.

With our Catered Platters service we will create sushi platters to your order and deliver them to the location of your party or event. Our Hosted Catering Service is a more elaborate service. We will create anything on our menu for your party or event and Japanese Flair's Sushi chefs will be on hand at your location. On Site Cooking Service is where one of Japanese Flair's own chefs will prepare your food at your location on our portable Tepanyaki grill. Our Sushi Making Classes are a fun way to learn something new and then eat what you make. This is a hands-on class where students will be able to learn the art of making sushi from start to finish. First you will learn how to make sushi rice, then cut vegetables and fish and finally designing and making the rolls. At the end, the group will all sit down and eat our creations! Our On Site Concessions is normally reserved for larger venues such as wedding or large family gatherings. This allows you to bring the party/ festival to you. With Japanese Flair's full concession trailer on site patrons to your event can come and order freshly cooked items and enjoy all the amenities of having your own on site food truck style concession trailer at their disposal. Our Corporate Team Building is an excellent form of bonding and will bring your staff closer together a safe and appropriate environment. With an educational seminar covering the topics such as: history of sushi, health nutrition factors of sushi, types of fish found at the sushi bar,and other interesting facts about sushi.

2022 marks almost 15 years that Japanese has been on the road catering "Live Hibachi shows" as well as our ever famous Sushi Boat. We want to take a moment to thank all of you for your years of patronage, as we couldn't have done it without you. To think I started this business all alone with a cooler and cutting board in the back of 1994 Ford Es**rt station wagon and have grown to present day with 2 full size trucks, 1 20' box truck, 2 trailers, a mobile food dispensing vehicle and over 10 Hibachi grills with over 42 employees. Thank you to everyone for your years of support. We couldn't have done it without you!
