We want to reassure you, our valued customers, clients, and community partners, that neither of our store locations were affected by this incident. Both locations, Oxford and Batesville, are open and fully operational!

We are continuing to offer our full range of services, including propane sales, equipment rentals, bounce houses, and event planning. Our dedicated staff is working tirelessly to replace the items lost in the fire so that we can fulfill all reservations and continue to provide excellent service.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding during this time. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. We look forward to serving you and making your upcoming events memorable!

Thank you to those who have reached out to check on us. For those who haven’t heard we had a fire at our event warehouse in Batesville. It is a total loss. For us, our inventory represents a history of past celebrations: weddings, benefits, graduations, and so
many more. It’s heartbreaking to think about. But today we look to the future. We believe in beauty from ashes. We are assessing our coming events and want to reassure our customers that we are doing what is necessary to take care of you in the coming months. We are so thankful that our greatest asset our team was unharmed and because of that we know that tomorrow will be a better day and we will stronger on the other side of this. We thank you for your prayers and your continued support. We are a proud member of the community and look forward to the future of Magnolia Rental.

This soft spring color palette brought Castle Hill to life and we love the finished product!

Our crew is rocking it. Worked until after 10:00 last night to set up The South Panola Prom. Then killed it today so far they have set up 1-20x30 tent on a four foot tall stage 1- 10x70 1-10x20 on a stage 9-20x40 tents 1-30x60 1-30x30 1-20x20 Just at the site of the SEC Track and Field championships. ( they are later this week at Ole Miss Plus several other events including 1-30x60 with all the timings for an engagement party A garden party in Sumner Several 10x 20’s and 20x30 tents with tables chairs etc for private graduation events. Did I mention we supplied the white chairs in the Pavilion for Graduation and 10,000 chairs for graduation in the grove! It’s been a busy week. We are so proud of our team. We are at home resting for Monday. We have a 24’x 160’ stage to set up 5’ high and put a 20x160 tent on it. Thanks everyone for your business and to our team.
