We are a full service event production + design company. I’ve been drawn to design and details my whole life.

My father is an architect; and when I was a little girl, he would walk me through his blueprint drawings using his index + middle finger as little people walking through the space he had designed, imagining what they might do there. I do the same with my events (without using my fingers). I walk through the space in my mind and imagine how the guests + their host will experience the event created

by my team. I hope that each guest will find something unexpected that will leave them with a memory + a story to tell. I find my greatest inspiration when I travel, when I can soak up new elements everywhere I turn; but I never underestimate little surprises in every day life. The tiniest thing can evolve into a large scale concept. Since 1996, I have been producing events of all sizes for my loyal clients, ranging from 800 guest galas to intimate birthday dinners. Craven and Co is known for impeccable design, creativity and innovative concepts. We produce turnkey projects or provide the crucial missing element to your company’s in-house team.

In Texas, we l-o-v-e our tacos + margaritas. Tequila is always the first to run out at the bar.... and we love to weave a good ol' conversation starter into our events any chance we get.

For this client's summertime party, we offered guests five margarita recipes to choose from: Classic, Smoky, Spicy, Tropical + Sour. Once they ordered up their favorite margarita profile, we had a Pick Your Margarita Personality station where they grabbed the corresponding margarita badge to wear with pride. 🔰

CHANNELING RETRO BEACH VIBES
Texas feels like the center of the sun in the summertime. What does the C+C team do to survive it? Escapism.

We find limited edition materials, like this Sunset Acrylic, to make a Bonfire Beach Party invitation design as magical as a bonfire beach party sounds.

Mermaid + Monkey-laden cocktails will be handed out like candy at the traditional tiki bar, and we sure hope they add an umbrella.

We design, cut, print, pack + ship straight from our studio, then close our eyes + picture the cooler temps + ocean breezes of Pacific Beach.

Our other tricks include, but are not limited to:
☀️ inching our way into a cold plunge
☀️ kick board contests in the office neighborhood pool
☀️ beach chairs + blow up pool breaks
☀️ icy beverages on tap.

Our Tequila Shot Trays are designed with fun, summer nights with fun friends in mind. The trays can be customized with a logo or guest name or both. We keep them stocked in Fluorescent Green Acrylic, Fluorescent Orange Acrylic, Fluorescent Blue Acrylic, Fluorescent Pink Acrylic + Birch Wood.

We have lots + lots of materials + colors in our design studio, so if you don't see your color, just ask + we'll send custom colors for your tablescape. 💚

Our friends over at Shimmerwalls created some gorgeous installations to celebrate Pride Month. We love Shimmerwalls for backdrops + brand activations. The individual sequins move independently from ambient air to create a really magical surface.

For this wedding in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, we designed the guests' welcome bags with beachy vibes worthy of one of our favorite beach destinations. We used shades of blue for the hand dip-dyed bag tags with hand-dyed silk ribbon to match. We brought in bright, colorful pom-poms made by local artisans. For the kids attending, we printed top secret schedules for the weekend that were for their eyes only + required the included decoder glasses to read. 🌊💜🕵🏻‍♂️

There are two ways to customize our Cocktail Charm Cubes:

Ice-cold Summer Saison anyone? 🍻 We are heating up, as expected, here in Austin, but we Texans are built for it. That's what we keep telling ourselves anyway.

Throwback to the cool summer temps of Aspen, Colorado where we had the pleasure of working with Blackberry Farm Brewery to bring this intimate fundraiser at Lance + Anna Armstrong's home to life. We paired Blackberry Farm's world-class craft beers with an incredibly delicious, gastropub menu by Aspen Epicure.

We had a super special guest list for the dinner + bike ride. They were all-in to support Camp Wapiyapi on their mission to provide pediatric cancer patients + their siblings with a dynamic summer camp experience to just be kids so they can forget about appointments + treatments for a little while.

We love designing tablescapes for our events that engage guests + make dinner an interactive experience. It adds to the connection among guests around the table, and ultimately to the memory they take away from the night. For this dinner, we designed custom beer tasting placemats so guests could follow along as Roy Milner, from Blackberry Farm, lead the tasting.

Our Tasting Placemats for wine, beer or spirit tastings will be available soon in our Super\\Custom shop. We'll let you know the second they are up + ready to order!

The excitement of the 2024 Graduation Season is wrapping up! It's been so fun being a part of personal + our clients' celebrations. For this University of Texas at Austin Sig Ep celebration, we created all things burnt orange + Longhorn-inspired that we could dream up. The party being on top of the world wasn't half bad either.😏

Congratulations to all of the graduates + to the parents of graduates! These milestones are a team effort. Now it's time to soak up the sunrays + summer vacations! ☀️🌊

We care a lot about fonts. Some might say we care too much sometimes.
Script fonts are always a hard one. They go from a very formal cursive to a handwritten playful script quickly. Scripts that have a little edge to them, while still having the beautiful flourishes you want in a script, are super hard to come by. …but this one has it all.

Sushi + Sake Tasting | The star of this tablescape show is the maneki-neko, the Japanese Lucky Cat, we placed at the top of each place setting. We had limited space for the dinner, so were limited to 30" width tables. Only having a 6" of space down the center of a dinner table helps spark some creativity. 🍣

We used the place setting to carry most of the design with a branded, raw-edged wooden place mat, a sleek square place card, a vintage mid-century glassware, a maneki-neko + masus labeled for each sake being tasted with dinner. Down the center, we kept it to mixed-design vintage brass candlestick holders with white taper candles.

We love interactive place settings, because they keep guests engaged + present. And that's about the most important thing really...isn't it? 💜

We made each guest their own marble cheese board to create individual wine + cheese tasting experiences as part of the place setting. It goes without saying, the rights to your very own cheese board is an exciting prospect.

Happy Valentine's Night! We hope everyone is doing something they love tonight. Anything counts. We say that because we include things like, getting into your pajamas, watching your favorite show... IYKYK. 😏

Our Valentine's Day Hearts were so loved, we're making them a permanent part of our SUPER\\CUSTOM by Craven + Co. shop. We photographed the SPRINKLES Heart Edit today. SPRINKLES is a collection of table runners made up of the coolest shapes.

We performed a little Beta test on the S\\C site with our Valentine's Day Limited Run, and it was fun...there were so many hearts! We'll be finding them around the office until next Valentine's Day. The full site will launch next week with additions ongoing!

The setting for this dinner was a beautiful island in the French West Indies. We played with shades of blue for the design suite to bring the ocean blues to the dinner tables. 🌊

We took a quick trip to London at the beginning of August to get a little break from this Texas heat... and it did not disappoint. We got the incredible London weather plus inspiration to tuck away for event activations. Work research can be so hard sometimes... 😏

We saw this at Harrods' famous Food Hall. We're building out a concept for an event in the fall with a food market where guests will browse + collect their selections. We'll use this look to build out the market for our event...we just had to go to London to find the right direction. 🤷‍♀️ Gotta do what ya' gotta do...

We love doing this dip dye technique on invitations + place cards. It gives a modern invitation a handmade twist. We use double thick card stock that can hold up to the dye, and for this one, we did a marine blue letterpress. Big love! 💙💙💙
