This management team of professionals has served the community since 1986 at events as small as a few dozen to concerts with over 10,000 in attendance. Oregon Beverage Services will help design and manage the alcohol service at events to provide a safe and secure delivery and control of alcohol to patrons. Oregon Beverage Services brings the following items to the event on an as needed basis:
· Liquor License and management plan approved by the OLCC. OLCC input and approval Law Enforcement Assistance
· $1,000,000.00 in General Business Liability and $1,000,000.00 in Liquor Liability Insurance with a $2,000,000.00 aggregate. Additionally naming of host parties is also available.
· Bartenders and Alcohol Monitors to staff the event.
· Equipment necessary to operate a temporary alcohol facility. Tents Tables Chairs Fencing Lighting
Refrigeration Equipment Communications Uniforms
· Design and operating plan for alcohol service with relation to the event. Traffic patterns Stage Location Entrance & exits
Electrical power Adults vs. Youth activities Food Sources
· Sponsorship and advertising assistance to the event. Oregon Beverage Services is a past recipient of the “Best Special Event Operator” presented by the Oregon Liquor Control Commission
