what do we think about diy garland kits?? essentially I will create kits available for purchase that include everything you need to assemble your own garland! this is a great option for those who prefer to create their own and it’s budget friendly!!
the kits would include (just a rough idea at this time)

- curling ribbon to assemble balloons together
- adhesive dots to accent with mini balloons
