Welcome to Elite Bartending & Mixology!!
Hi, I’m Aric Schaap, I thought I would give a little introduction to who I am and my why behind my passion business! After graduating with my Bachelors Degree in Business Management, emphasis in Entrepreneurship, I knew I wanted to start a business someday...
I started bartending at Outback Steakhouse about 14 years ago and have since then, gained experience from different restaurants and local pubs in the area. During this time I’ve also gotten the opportunity to grow my management skills by managing a few of those places. Currently, I serve as the Lead Bartender at Glen Oaks Country Club in West Des Moines. I am able to create new drinks for the restaurant’s menu, creating a new drink for the bar every month and also helping couples create their own specialty drink for their special day.
My passion is the mixology in creating new drinks and seeing the reaction from my customers when I’ve created just what they were looking for!
