My Stanford d.school bookclub today (via Zoom) was with "Making Impossibilities Happen" author Grace Hawthorne. As a down-to-earth entrepreneur, Stanford instructor and author, Grace spoke of the importance of getting our creative ideas out of our heads and finding ways to put them into action. A big takeaway for me was the importance of getting comfortable failing small and often as we test our ideas. If we are not failing often we are not taking enough risks (and not growing) in our lives!!!
