Thank you all who came out for our first summertime Tuesday night “Burgers and Beers” we truly appreciate your support! We will be doing this again next week, obviously there is a Tuesday next week, and we have worked out the kinks! People have asked who is the picture of the lady in the restaurant! Here she is my aunt/second mother My Mary Jane Newton going at 21 years young 😉! She is an amazing southern cook whom inspired me for so many years! Shes lived through out this world from Libya to Saudi Arabia and beyond but her home has always been Texas! And, she’s still running strong as ever and we love you more than you know!

Quail two ways this week, Quail tamales with a roasted red tomato sauce, spicy red pepper and green chilli salsa, cilantro crema and a smoked jumbo Quail stuffed with dirty rice and a honey chipotle BBQ sauce. Individually and trying it as a combo plate!
