Thank you again Live HealthSmart Alabama and Housing Authority of the Birmingham District for the opportunity to share this “Healthy Alternative” Recipe, “Quick and Easy Ground Turkey Lasagna” at the Lunch and Learn Presentation yesterday!

Also, Thank You Chef Tracy Moss, who was our Culinary Assistant for this event!
This class was more interactive than previous where guest participants assembled their own mini lasagnas to take home. They had fun and enjoyed the meal!

Hi Guys!

My name is Timmorah Yisrael and I am a Personal/Private Chef that creates Food Concept Brands and Platforms for my family(ies) and other culinary professionals to highlight their gifts and talents.

Casa De Madre, LLC is our parent company that started in 2022 as a partnership between three families. Since then, we have dissolved that partnership and we are currently owned by the Yisrael Family. We will continue to keep you posted as we are rebranding and expanding.

Arts and Entertainment has been our life for generations, starting with my grandfather managing the artist, Anita Bell with the Hit Single, “Ring My Bell” on her comeback tours.(The song is on the “Book of Eli” soundtrack, starring Denzel Washington).
I have been cooking since the age of 8, under the direction and supervision of my maternal grandmother and my paternal grandmother was the classic entertainer that fried the best fried chicken for her Social and Savings Club, “Birds of Paradise SSC”. Club meeting was every Monday and Oh My God!!! What a treat!

Currently, I have incorporated our traditional family recipes with my own seasoning blends and marinades (I also prefer Chef Beast Kitchen/Spice Gang Seasonings that will soon be available for retail and wholesale purchase) to create unique flavor profiles with a Latin/ Caribbean Flair.

All of our chef professionals are the best at what they do and have years of experience and training. We come together to make every event exceptional and exciting. There is no competition at the top, only collaboration and innovation.

We service the following markets:
Birmingham, Alabama
Montgomery, Alabama
Charlotte, North Carolina

We have family members nationwide and globally that want to taste the recipes. As we travel, we will keep you posted, invite you in virtually for a sneak peek, and definitely let you know about any events in your city we are fortunate to cater for.
