Thank you again Live HealthSmart Alabama and Housing Authority of the Birmingham District for the opportunity to share this “Healthy Alternative” Recipe, “Quick and Easy Ground Turkey Lasagna” at the Lunch and Learn Presentation yesterday!

Also, Thank You Chef Tracy Moss, who was our Culinary Assistant for this event!
This class was more interactive than previous where guest participants assembled their own mini lasagnas to take home. They had fun and enjoyed the meal!
