I’m proud to say I voted. What a privilege to live in a place where democracy counts. We may still have a lot to learn and room to grow but I hope we keep going. I spent hours today studying 5th grade history and I’m so grateful for all the badass women who fought for our right to vote. No matter who wins let’s do our best to respect and love each other in the true American spirit. Every vote counts.

I had the honor of creating a bouquet for my sweet cousin’s elopement in Yosemite. She showed me her inspiration and then gave me creative freedom. This is what I ended up with; note the toffee roses, dried mushroom, hanging orchids and a palm leaf background. Check out these gorgeous backdrops.
