Absolutely LOVE a private studio so that families can be in the AC while their mini versions of themselves release their energy allowing me to capture fun-loving and authentic blips of time in photographic form. 📸

Spending another summer chasing sunsets, capturing moments in time, and being a professional third wheel 📸

Had so so SO much fun with these lover girls. From exploring around the lakes cliffs, to cooling down closer to the water, to experiencing a HUMAN FIGHT ALTERCATION AND THE POLICE BLOCKING ENTRY BC OF A HUGE DIBACLE!!! Anyway, was definitely a one of a kind session, and I’m so grateful that these gals are first responders (medical and police force) so naturally I felt safe and protected.

Honestly sessions are never dull, but this is definitely an interesting one… but not quite as interesting as the time I got bit by someone pet duck??? So maybe I should share that story another time 🥲🥲

Today marks 3 years for these love birds tying the knot at - absolutely a dream their special day was. & have been in front of my camera on more than one occasion & I always look forward to capturing their personalities, love, and INCREDIBLE style. The least I could do is compile some of my favorite times with them!!!!

Oaks Classic 2024 was a solid 10/10. ⛳️🚘
From the donkey giving rides to humans who’d pass out fireball, the wagyu beef being cooked on tiny stakes, live music, and of course the good vibrations everyone was radiating + awesome vendors made for one hell of a time.

Italy was such a wonderful trip in the spring and I was so grateful to have been given the opportunity to tag along on adventures with a few of my family members - who so graciously took me to Europe on the trip of a lifetime!

Some women’s bodies can even make humans and I’m always so mesmerized by the magic, miracles, and perfection it takes to create a human being & the love, food, water, and shelter it takes to sustain a human being for the hope that they’ll flourish one day.

Happy Nurses Week!!

This years theme, is “Nurses Make the Difference”
& I’m truly grateful for the nurses that I’ve connected with through all my years of sicknesses, treatments, diagnoses, etc. To be able to offer the sympathy, empathy, & comfort I’ve received from nurse strangers…. To be able to prod & poke human flesh…. To be able to do ANYTHING medical related in my artsy brain is beyond me & I’m so grateful that each one of us are so unique & special… harboring our own skills & trades.
Although I won’t ever be a nurse, I will be thanking nurses this week that are in my life & in my family while we celebrate Nurses Week 2024.

Thank you nurses!!!! & special thanks to .taylor & to supporting my photography skills & allowing me to capture Courtney’s milestone of graduating!!!!

Ended 2023 wedding season with this beautiful couple lighting a unity candle & signing their wedding license with all of their family and friends as witnesses’. 💍

2023 was a wonderful year for .birdphoto 🥹
Year 5 of running this business was an absolute vibe ✨
8 bo***ir studio sessions, 7 weddings, 2 seniors, 2 families, 1 engagement, 1 branding session, & 1 golf tournament.

Here is to 2024 and all the bo***ir babes, amazing couples, the annual golf tournament, and all the people who want their celebrations captured in photographic form for their memory bank…. Here is to the mentorships, and internships ill be hosting…. And hopefully finally getting my 50mm film developed!! 🙃

Pinch me!!! Caught up in a fever dream after this emotionally intimate - absolutely GORGEOUS wedding day.

These two reading their vows to each other in front of their loved ones, giggling like two kids who are blissfully in love, felt so surreal. Feeling so lucky to have been chosen to be present, capturing their memories. I can’t imagine a more perfect couple for a Friday the 13th wedding. 💖

Can you feel the warmth from the Utah sun in these photographs? The Salt Flats are such a beautiful & mesmerizing experience. I feel so lucky that I have been able to not only enjoy my time at the Flats, but to photograph amazing humans more than once on the land!!! If you've never visited, I highly suggest taking a peek!! They even have a live cam footage you can view to make sure it's not totally underwater from rain. Highly suggest visiting at sunrise or sunset for the BEST views!!

A handful of photographs from the two days I spent out at Oaks Country Club this last week collecting memories for these awesome humans. What a fun time!!! This was my second year I was invited back to photograph this event & I am feeling so grateful!!!

For those who don't know... I actually photograph more than just weddings. The last 5.5 years I have believed I can't mix my wedding business with the other sessions & events I've been capturing because I didn't want to come off as a 'jack of all trades' when in reality, I absolutely LOVE photographing anything with good vibes & good times attached to the moment! It is people like YOU that make this career worth while, and I am going to try and share more than just my 'niche' of wedding photography.

Intimate, indoor, & incredible wedding day for these two love birds! Aidry Haegely & Alex Haegely 🫶🏻❤️

Had an amazing time being a fly on the wall for these beautiful humans. ✨

When chatting on the phone creating her day of timeline & covering what my photography segments will look like on her day - we had planned on taking couples photos immediately following the ceremony - outside. What the weather failed to tell us is that is was going to be sunny and pouring rain simultaneously. 😱

We improvised and took their couples photos indoor - upstairs, in the lobby (where they also signed their marriage license YAYY!!!), and utilized their staircase (not pictured), Three Twenty on Main 🥰 so grateful for a venue & a couple that goes with the flow & offers such a beautiful space to capture present moments with good vibes & energy.

Anyway… you know “they” say… when it rains on your wedding day when you are “tying the knot” it allows for the knot to be harder to undo bc of the water tightening the rope. So keep that in mind if it ever rains on your wedding day. It’s actually a beautiful sign & sentiment. 🫶🏻
