I don't even think words can begin to describe how elated and exhausted I am. .campette was one of the most magical experiences/festival/gathering I have ever participated in and helped organize. A true q***r utopia. I have never been happier in my life nor needed sleep more than I have now. The heat wave was no joke and we literally and metaphorically cooked in that kitchen.

Big thank you to & .c.fleming for being co-conspiritors and such powerhouses in bringing to life campette.

And an even bigger thank you to all those who believed in us and the magic of gay q***r summer camp and came out to our first ever event! Each and every one of you helped shape it and made it the special experience that it was. It was so great to meet so many new friends and always incredibly humbling to deepen connections with good Judy's in these life changing times ⛓️🖤⛓️

Back from catering in the woods for two weeks

It was a blast and incredibly hard work but we had such an incredible team to do it with! Big shout out and thanks to my ride-er-die sous (and Fran!) who came out in April from Arkansas to do the gathering circuit starting with !!

Had a blast cooking for this year!

🚨Content warning (last slide): blood & dead animal🚨

Rainy bookends didn't stop us from pulling out all the stops! Made bibimbap for 550 and it was a huge HIT!! Final two days we did a pig pit roast and had carnitas tacos. I am filled to my brim with joy and exhaustion. I love cooking outdoors with my friends! Thanks buckeye for having us and for kick starting this year off with such kindness and joy!
