We had the pleasure of producing the Doctor's Ball this weekend for the GLMS Foundation along with an awesome group of vendors. The presentations given were incredible and those attending enjoyed the entertainment from The Todd Hildreth Trio along with delicious food from . There was even a Silent Disco and Mirror Photo Booth from French Kiss Productions! 🪩 Thanks to Greater Louisville Medical Society for choosing PartyZone, it was a great event and we enjoyed being a part of it!

Congratulations to Heidi and Hunter on their beautiful wedding! It was an absolute pleasure for PartyZone to DJ such an incredible celebration. We want to give a shoutout to the amazing vendors who made this day possible: Ashbourne Farms, stunning venue was the perfect canvas for a Beautiful Kentucky Wedding. Planning was done by Simply Sara O with Wedding Warriors and she absolutely nailed it! DELICIOUS food from Apiary Fine Catering & Events, 📸 :Tracy Burch Photography captured every moment. Colburn Video provided video coverage that will forever highlight this couples special day. The breathtaking florals were provided by Pure Pollen Flowers. Delicious cake thanks to Plehn's Bakery! 🎻The Misty Mountain String Band complimented the venue perfectly with their incredible sound during the ceremony and cocktail hour. All Occasions brought the cherry on top for the reception, the Mirror Ball 🪩 and we added the lighting which made for a visually stunning pairing. We are so grateful to have been a part of this special day. Thank you times a million to our wonderful couple, for inviting us to celebrate with you and congratulations on your marriage! 🩵

🎉 A night to remember! 🎉 We want to thank the newlyweds, The Martak's, for an amazing day and night at the Legacy at Dant Crossing last Saturday!
Congratulations on your marriage! We had a blast providing sound and lighting and the crowd was jumping all night long! The Legacy at Dant Crossing provided a beautiful canvas for the stunning floral arrangements by Beholden Blooms. And of course, a big shoutout to Ashley Heleringer for another FLAWLESS event. It's always a pleasure.

We've had the pleasure of DJing so many awesome weddings this summer, and we want to share a glimpse into Cole and Ava's special day at the Henry Clay in July. The dance floor was magical with dancing on a cloud, and this couple opted for a private last dance which was the perfect ending to an incredible evening. It’s always a MAGICAL day when we get packages like this in the office.. our workhorses in the industry our the computers.. I probably have 30 of them here that have slowly been phased out or are still working strong.. today is a special day because this is my personal new show computer. MacBook Pro M2 Max, 32g, 1 TB SSD.
If you’re seeing this and not following us I invite you too.. we have some really cool events coming up and you definitely wanna see them.. plus I’ll be posting some new pics of events we’ve already done..
Now on my way to get this new puppy up and running..

Looking through a magnifying glass to solder these mic cables is a bit ridiculous.. these connections are TINY!!if I can keep artists from not getting these cables caught while walking through venues would be GREAT!

I had to come home, decompress, get rid of a headache that I was nursing all day, and get a nap before I could write this.

Yesterday was amazing!

There’s no way in the world that I could’ve done it without my guys. Jason Heil and David Harmon , Dave Harmon especially because he worked all week for it. Did one of the most incredible jobs I could ever ask of them. Those guys helped me set up, tear down, run, stage, sell everything, and even sell hot dogs and ice waters yesterday with the DJ swap meet. I couldn’t ask for better friends, coworkers, or just better people to work alongside of.

The DJ swap meet yesterday was a HUGE success. I met a ton of new people, saw DJs, people and friends that I hadn’t seen in years. I saw some amazing deals being made. I saw a lot of equipment getting loaded out into other vans and trailers and trucks that they didn’t arrive in. I saw a lot of connections being made. I saw a lot of conversations being had. I’ve never seen anything like this before in the state we couldn’t also have asked for better weather. Everything came together perfectly.
This is definitely something that we’re going to do again I’m not sure how often. I got asked several times to do it a couple times a year I think that’s a bit too much I think once a year might be perfect. Maybe next year we can tie in some manufacturers, distributors, stores. I think this really could grow into something unique special.
Maybe next year we can tie in live music so that we can get even more people to show up. I really wish I would’ve taken some pictures early on when there was a really good crowd there.

I also got to see some family! Lol April Charlton Leonardo even made a rare appearance lol along w my brother Jeremy Leonardo

Great job to everyone that participated, sold anything, came out to buy, came out to connect and or just supported.. I’d love to be able to take everyone in this post but there are SO many that came and I’m afraid I’d forget someone…please know I appreciate you.

I’m hearing more and more about some of the stuff coming in for tomorrows dj swap meet.. tons of sound and lighting.
If you know of someone that owns a bar / restaurant / niteclub that could use some stuff this might be a great opportunity to grab some goodies for a great price..

Just trying to do some good for my fellow dj neighborhood and help them move some stuff off their shelves..

Looks like we’re going to have a pretty good turnout on this Sunday 7/9/23 for the DJ Swap Meet..
From phone calls / emails and messages I’d say about 30 people maybe more..
Again if you’re bringing stuff to sell bring your own tables, chairs, tent cover, and extension cords. We’ll set some power out to one spot where people can plug into. I’m not charging anything to take part so make sure you have everything you need including change or a Venmo account.
Load in is set for 11-1. Sale runs from 1-4. As always if things get slow at 3 and your debating to come you might show up and we’re all gone. Get there early.. if it’s slow I’d rather be home too..if it’s busy.. we’re done at 4. We’re blocking off the parking parking lot to make it easy to just pull your trailers in and set up.. first come first serve on locations.

Restrooms will be available inside.
We’re gonna have some Co****le boards set up, a grill w $1.00 hot dogs and some non alcoholic drinks on ice just to cover the costs.

For all of my DJ friends… we’re hosting the first ever DJ swap meet here in Louisville.. everyone’s invited! We’ve already heard from some djs in Lexington, Bowling Green and Richmond..

We have a huge parking lot and can run some power out there. If you’re setting up a booth you’ll need to provide your own tables, chairs and maybe a pop up tent. Bring your own extension cords to plug in.
Load in is from 11-1.
The office will be open for restrooms, drinks etc..

If you wanna take part please let me know so that we can plan accordingly on our end for spaces.
