Healthy habits start at home. Something I’ve been trying to be more intentional about the last few years is being the example my kids need to see. Ensuring every plate has vegetables, watching what’s on the nutrition labels, and doing our best to get a decent meal in our bodies so they can work more efficiently. The key is constant exposure so they don’t turn out picky. Today, we are having honey garlic roasted veggies, honey garlic oven baked chicken thighs and cheesy rice! Working on Amiyah, she’s my picky girl but even with her, the amount of foods she’s tried over the last couple years makes my heart happy! 😃
