June 3rd - 5th will be the last week of Chefs' Bar service. After that, we're taking a pause for a worthy cause: Our guests.

With the volume of summer private chef and catering bookings we are receiving, there is just no way for us to continue to run bar service (even 3 days a week) and maintain the level of quality that we expect of ourselves, so we have decided to dance with the one that brung us and focus all of our efforts on meeting and exceeding the expectations of all of the families that we'll be feeding on their vacations to SoWal this summer.

The Chefs' Bar is still available for private bookings, parties, and gatherings up to 75 guests, 7 days a week (marrowchefsbar.com for inquiries), and we'll be back in the fall with all sorts of new themes and offerings. Can't wait for you all to see what's next!

Chef Richard McCord, formerly the head chef of one of South Walton’s largest catering operations, has lived and cooked in South Walton for the better part of a decade, and specializes in BBQ and classic southern cuisine, with a focus on modern, upscale interpretations.

Chef Ryan McNay

Chef Ryan McNay is a South Walton native and has worked for over 15 years in many of the notable restaurants on 30A. His background is mostly in upscale American, Italian, and French cuisine, with an emphasis on local, coastal stylings.
