Alan and I are honored that Red Pump Spirits chose to make The Farm at Emerald Valley their new home. I believe this has been a lifetime in the making. As a young child, I spent a lot of time in the very farmhouse you see depicted on the label of Red Pump’s Farmhouse Whiskey. Ed Belfoure grew up in Cokeburg and his grandmother and mine were best friends. I have great memories of that house, the people and the food. Especially the food! Their passion for great food is etched in my mind.

Ed has that passion. It’s in his DNA and he channels it into his products. Choosing The Farm as the new home for Red Pump Spirits means Ed can look out from this hill over the town he grew up in and still loves. It is a full circle moment. It also allows Alan and I to stay true to the history and agricultural heritage of this farm.

Over the coming weeks and months we will share with you the journey that brings Red Pump Spirits to its new home. We invite you to follow along as we transition into this new chapter for both Emerald Valley and Red Pump Spirits. Cheers! ~Alisa

Watch for Red Pump Spirits pop-up tastings at The Farm at Emerald Valley, beginning this Friday!

Where will YOU be on Friday, May 3rd? Get your friends together and spend An Evening With Old Man Webb's Seckel Pear Brandy at Beck-Ringland Tavern!

Experience the finest in small batch, locally grown and produced spirits! Old Man Webb's Seckel Pear Brandy is made from pears harvested from the historic Seckel Pear tree at The Farm at Emerald Valley in 2021. The pears were taken to an Amish crush plant, then delivered to John & Angela, of Burgess & Burgess and The Washington Brewing Company, so they could work their magic. This limited edition brandy - born & bred in Scenery Hill - will be served exclusively at Beck-Ringland Tavern & Scenery Hill Brewing while supplies last! A true LOCAL collaboration!

Pear Brandy cocktails will be paired with a special grazing plate prepared specially for this event by Alisa at The Farm at Emerald Valley. Grill menu also available including beef burgers, chicken, frankfurters and side dishes. Live musical entertainment throughout the evening.
