We toured a new venue today as part of preparing to coordinate a June wedding, and this is one of our favorite parts of the process. Visiting venues in advance allows us to fully understand the space, catch important details and rules that are easy to miss, and plan everything seamlessly—so our couples can truly enjoy their day.

Carsten Mills in Brillion is such a hidden gem. This unique venue spans three levels and features a stunning ceremony space, plus a pizza restaurant tucked into the basement—how fun is that? With incredible amenities, free rentals, and a dedicated team focused on bringing your vision to life, it’s easy to see why this space stands out.

🌲🍸 We had the pleasure of working with a couple hosting an intimate holiday gathering. Together, we crafted three signature cocktails complete with custom garnishes and thoughtful details throughout. Everything was designed to complement their theme and décor—making hosting effortless so they could relax and enjoy the evening with family and friends. 🍸🌲

The theme couldn’t have been more perfect — Baby, It’s Cold Outside. We brought in a cozy hot chocolate station, worked with the host to select the ingredients, styled it to match the décor, and had everything set just in time for guests to arrive and enjoy. A warm and sweet way to celebrate such a special day ☕✨

🍸 Another great event 🍸

I had the pleasure of supporting a private event for the federal judges of Green Bay, handling both bartending and catering duties. We crafted a set of signature cocktails and provided all the essentials—tables, cocktail tables, catering equipment, and bartending gear. This allowed the hosts to simply mingle and enjoy the evening while we set up their appetizers, served cocktails throughout the night, and handled the full cleanup afterward.

Yesterday we had the joy of helping this special couple celebrate their love with a beautiful micro wedding at one of our favorite venues — The Kress Pavilion. 💍

Our coordinator, Angie, worked closely with the couple to set up and manage every detail of their day, while one of our senior bartenders crafted drinks with those perfect special touches.

Micro weddings like this one bring such an intimate and personal feel — allowing every moment and detail to shine. We love taking care of the little things so our couples can simply relax, celebrate, and make lasting memories. ✨

Wisconsin Liquor Law Changes Coming in 2026 —
Here’s What You Need to Know

Big changes are coming to Wisconsin’s liquor laws in 2026. Private event spaces, barns, and many event venues will soon be required to obtain a liquor license through their county. Requiring each space to act like all other event spaces.

The good news? State-run locations—such as parks, pavilions, and camps—are grandfathered into the current laws, meaning you can still bring in your own alcohol without any new restrictions.

Our best advice: talk directly with your venue owner. They’ll have the most accurate information about how these changes affect their space and what requirements you’ll need to follow.
