It’s that time of year again where we get to transform venues into swanky, sexy nightclub vibes for corporate holiday gatherings.

No banquet chairs or catering linens here- nothing but lux vibes when you’ve got Collected on your side to show appreciation to your employees and their spouses for all their hard work and dedication through the year!

Small Business Saturday

We may not sell candles or clothing and you may not be “shopping” in our store today, but when you support a locally owned business these are the faces you support - the children behind the business owners.

Our dreams are big and our drive is strong. Go support your favorite local business not only today, but everyday!

How do you support event small business today- order an arrangement from a florist, book a family session with a photographer, work with someone local for Christmas cards, order a dinner for your family or for that matter those in need from a caterer!

OR spread the word about your favorite local vendors - write a review, share a post or more importantly check in on them to let them know you are praying for them during these challenging times on their business. A little - it goes a long way!

We are beyond thankful to all of you who continue to support Collected & Co. We do not exist without the referrals, trust, confidence to create from past clients and vendor partners.

What better way to make your stage stand out than to dress them up with our stage facades!

Introducing our two newest designs to our stage facade collection - Alway Blue Stage Facades and Duck Stage Facades. Both designed to match our Always Blue Bar and Duck Bar! Swipe to see mocks of these new designs!

This means we now have 4 stage facade designs - white, natural, blue and green. Not seeing a color that works in your design - contact us for custom colors!

Where do I even begin!!!!!

From the start of our engagement, our first priority was finding the right planner that not only understood our vision- but that we trusted enough to give total control, leaving us completely stress free. Collected & Co was that and then some!! Pretty much every vendor they recommended, we hired, and it all turned out PERFECTLY!

We trusted them entirely, and it felt SO good to have Jacqueline and the rest of her amazing team in our corner throughout the whole process!!! If there were hiccups on the day, we didn’t know about it.

We got to just enjoy each other and our people and we are so GRATEFUL to have had Collected taking care of us!!! 🤍🤍🤍🤍

7 YEARS

You always hear of the 7 year itch in relationships, but it can equate to business too! Year 7 it’s been hard and instead of allowing us to stall out we continue to push forward and bring the best and brightest for YOU!

We never know what each day is going to bring in this business but we are here for the crazy ride that is this event biz life!

Some highlights from this year so far
- Opening a new location in Jacksonville, FL
- Telling the producers of a certain show they were nuts….believe me this one felt good 🫣
- Importing all the fun goods
- Rushing to an event to get on stage before Steve Martin and Martin Short showed up (father of the bride dreams come true)
- Watching our team kill it day in and out for our clients
- Collaborating with the best this industry has

But the best thing will always be working with clients who trust us to do our thing and allow us to give them the best experiences around!

Cheers to year 7 and get ready for what’s next!!! 🤫🙌🏻

The art of the repurpose ✨

Some may roll their eyes when the word repurpose comes up, but when it’s done right - it works.

Repurposing ceremony and aisle floral works for INSIDE ceremonies - why because it’s not sitting in the sun all day and then looks 🫠🫠🫠 when it hits your reception.

For this event we wanted 82 feet of aisle floral and had specific and intentional places it was going to get repurposed to for the ceremony - the band stage, head table stage and bar.

This venue also had 2 large mantels one in the ceremony location and one behind the head table so taking the mantel piece down after ceremony and redesigned in the reception mantel.

We didn’t use the whole ceremony mantle piece as it needed to look like it was intentionally designed for the reception mantel and not just thrown on there - that’s where repurposing gets a bad name.

Having the florist and her team stay to redesign these pieces for their second home at the event made all the difference and makes repurposing work!

The Otto Bar comes in 7’ Straight sections, 6’ curved sections and pillars.

Make an oval, add on custom graphics, make a U, one big long bar or just a little single bar - the Otto Modular Bar is completely customizable for your event!

Don’t believe this lie that you have to have your perfectly curated event design figured out before you reach out to a designer or planner - that is what we are here for!

We don’t care if you have a Pinterest boards, saved Instagram photos, magazine clippings or fun Tik Tok ideas.

What we do care about is who are you, what makes you the couple you are today. What are your interests, desires and wishes.

This event here - it took countless hours, meetings, phone calls, mock ups to arrive at what our clients loved. If we went off of what our clients Pinterest board this event would not have looked like this - we spend the time to listen to our clients to truly create sometime magical for them.
