We’re grateful to sponsor Smokin Momma Lora’s BBQ food truck again today, bringing meals to those who need it most after the recent hurricanes.

While Gracewater was fortunate to be farther inland, our barrier islands suffered greatly. Last week, we were able to serve over 2,000 meals, and we’re aiming to bring even more this time. Join us today at 5801 Marina Dr, Holmes Beach, from 11 am to 1 pm as we come together to support our community in need. Love to help our locals and all of the workers who have graciously stopped their lives to come help our beautiful state! ❤️

After a week of long hours supporting the Sarasota-Manatee community’s recovery after Hurricane Helene, Ace Electric is proud to celebrate its team. Tonight, we’re treating our employees and their families to a well-deserved meal and employee appreciation party as a small thank you for their dedication. Lora's journey started in a humble way, slinging BBQ at a Lowe's in a tiny trailer. But her passion and dedication to the craft propelled her to the big rig we see her in today. Through hard work and a commitment to excellence, she has earned a reputation as the go-to pitmaster in town.

Beyond her culinary skills, Lora is deeply connected to her community. She takes immense pride in Sarasota and has not only become a champion for food truckers of all sizes but has also dedicated herself to supporting and uplifting the entire community. Lora goes above and beyond, investing countless hours advocating for all food trucks, offering guidance, creating opportunities, and giving them a voice to pursue their dreams and provide for their families.
