The Brad and Ki Catering Company was established in March of 2001 to provide “A Taste That Satisfies the Soul.” Brad and Ki’s foundation was built on Passion, Prominence, Proficiency and Preparation.
Passion – Our passion was developed at the apron string of our mothers and other family members. Our mothers were outstanding cooks and were influenced by several regions in the United States. Likewise, other family members shared their expertise and we have incorporated this influence into a product “That will satisfy the Soul.” Several of our Signature Selections bear the names of love ones such as Aunt Lynn’s Coleslaw and Franklin’s Barbeque Sauce. It is that passion that drives our Customer Service.
