5 years ago today, I decided to stop 'thinking' about having my own personal chef business, and take the first steps towards putting my future into my own hands.

I want to thank everyone around me for supporting me. Thanks to all of my clients over the years for their continued patronage, and thank you to anyone that has enjoyed my food and spread the gospel of deliciousness.

All the late nights and early mornings perfecting my recipes start to make sense when I get to brighten someone's day with a tasty meal. The feeling of happiness I see when someone really enjoys a dish is what got me started in this industry, and will keep me in it for a very long time!

Last weekend I had the honor to cook for the wonderful and downright cheerful staff at Arroy - Thai & Filipino Restaurant. It was so nice to get a chance to cook for the people that I know are so passionate about their craft.
