Valentine's Day is here again! I am running back last years menu because I think it's the best one I've done!

As always the meals will be delivered on Feb.13th.

The choices for Valentine's pasta dishes this year are:
-Chicken Fettucine Alfredo
-Rigatoni Bolognese
-Angel Hair Aglio e Olio

The desserts are:
-Classic Brownie
-Blackberry Blancmange

All meals also come with Caesar salad and breadsticks.

Life and business update:

This year I made a new years resolution to make more social media posts, and I failed that resolution in February pretty much. I am still cooking so much food every week! I have hit some crazy life milestones this year that has taken precedence over maintaining weekly food photo uploads.

For those that don't know, I am getting married to the love of my life! in like 4 days! All the planning and organizing and supporting my fiancé while she plans and organizes has been on the forefront of my thoughts for the last month or so.

Before that, we entered the process of buying our first home! That was a mad adventure in and of itself, and we officially moved in the middle of July and love our little home!

I wanted to make a post to update everyone and maybe explain why I have been MIA on Facebook and Instagram. I plan to pick back up after our honeymoon trip to Japan!

I also wanted to thank all of my ongoing clients and anyone who has hired me recently for their patience and kind words of congratulations!

On the note of congratulating, I have been asked a few times if there was a way to contribute to my wedding. I am going to link our wedding registry that has a donation to our honeymoon fund in it. If you have the desire, you can contribute through that! I am most definitely bringing back some bomb recipes that I will share with all my clients!

We made hot pot for date night! The first time I had hot pot was in Amsterdam on a cold rainy night. The restaurant was a little cozy local place with some tight quaters, and we met some other tourists there. The food gave us new life and warmed up our bones.

I think about that experience a lot and it has stuck with me enough to make me consider opening a hot pot restaurant myself. It would be so nice in the cold Minnesota winters. If anyone has leads on some space for one, let me know!

Last Sunday my fiancé and I went to St. Louis Park to try out this Thai Sunday buffet. The food was incredible I was able to try some new dishes and some that I've made before but wasn't sure if I made them correctly. Definitely recommend this and gaining new food knowledge in general.

Valentine's Day is coming! I am bringing back my usual Valentine's pasta dinner for two, but am also trying something new this year.
