Here is another example of what we can do to accommodate 500 guests! The design started with measuring the backyard, then jumping on our CAD program to layout the tents with tables and chairs. This took numerous attempts and re-measuring the customer's backyard since the number of guests went from 200 to 500. When we were almost finished, the bride came out and was smiling from ear to ear, while looking up and spinning around. She couldn't believe how beautiful it was with the different shapes, skylights and the height of the peaks. Needless to say, that put a smile on all of our faces as well!

What do you do when you’re planning an elaborate party, and want to carry it all the way through, including the tent? Call us!
This design allowed for 200 guests, a Bar and huge buffet. We partnered with LaParma ll. Separate 20 x 20’ tent was for the DJ and dance floor. We also provided bistro lighting throughout the entire tent.

Unfortunately, the Contact Us portion hasn’t been working, so I have not received any inquiries through the site. As many know, I always answer the emails whether we can do the job or not. So, I’m in hopes that nobody has sent me a request for more information, and think that I’m too busy to respond. Hopefully, my website company will get this fixed asap.

Happy Holidays to all!
We have been very fortunate to have worked with so many people this season. From Event Planners to restaurants and home owners.
Special thanks to my crew, of which I'd be lost without. Robert, Phil and Nick have all done a fantastic job in getting the tents cleaned, delivered and set up in time for an event. We had some major obstacles to overcome, but they always pulled through. The end result is a very happy customer. We do not take any of our customers for granted. This can be especially hard when you're working 7 days a week. But these 3 guys have always maintained a professional and polite attitude, and willing to go the extra mile.
We have ceased putting up tents at the end of November. We do this to avoid any issues with snow. Our tents do not have a "Snow load" rating and would be extremely unsafe in likely hood of a snow fall, while someone is counting on using the tent for their event. Here in the Northeast, the snow is almost wet and heavy. Add some wind to it and that tent will collapse. So please make sure that if you book your next tent job with another company, they can show you proof that it is rated for snow, and if it's not, what is their cancellation policy.

This is our answer to a 4,000 sq ft tent, that isn't a boring rectangle. This lives up to a design that is exciting and functional, and is why we say that it "surprises and delights". Just got finished setting up our 30 x 80’ frame tent. The wind made it a challenge, but many thanks to Robert, Dave, Phil and Jimmy who all worked into the night to make this happen!
