DJ is ONE! 🎸🥁❄️

From his rocker soul with his drums, guitar, and the coolest mohawk, to sled rides in his snowsuit being the most Michigan kid and the cutest cake smash—this session had everything! And, of course, Orville the pug was there to supervise all the fun. 🐾💙

There’s something timeless about a black and white photograph. Stripped of distractions, it becomes pure emotion—art in its simplest form. Every time I see a black and white image, I’m reminded of sitting at my great-grandma’s house, sifting through a trunk full of old prints, each one a window into our family’s past. The nostalgia, the history, the stories told without words.

That’s why, with every full session, I include a black and white edit of every photo. While most photographers only sprinkle in a handful, I believe every moment deserves to be seen in its most classic form. It’s a small touch, but one that truly sets my work apart. Because some memories are meant to feel timeless.
