“Stair Stepper” - A very large Alaskan Brown Bear boar works his way up the very steep hill at the Moraine Creek area. They are putting on weight quickly to prepare for hibernation. This one’s belly was almost dragging the ground.

“Cathedral Rock” - I took a detour on my drive home from the Phoenix Airport on my way back from Alaska. A quick stop in Sedona to scope out Cathedral Rock. It was super crowded but found a peaceful vantage point.

“Sharing” - This Alaskan Brown bear sow is sharing a delectable salmon meal with her cub. This was off the bridge at Brooks Falls. In the distance you see two siblings playing. If it was quieter you could hear the cub growling at its Mom. 🙄
