Now that the 2023 season is coming to a close (one more very special and amazing wedding to come!) there's finally time to reflect on the incredible celebrations we've been a part of this year, thrown in honor of some truly amazing couples. ⁠

Maggie and David were for sure one of those couples. Their September wedding was Berkshire's black-tie perfection. Held on a beautiful family property with so much family history - it was the perfect setting for their magical weekend.⁠ Planning from California, Maggie and David wanted the day to feel elegant and personal and the details perfectly blended New England charm with their clean and modern West Coast aesthetic.⁠

200+ guests at a private residence is no small feat - feeling extra grateful for the dream team who all poured their love and creativity into this incredible day.⁠

Relevant experience required for lead day-of managers and suggested for day-of assistants + interns (but happy to coach the passionate and hardworking). These positions are day-of/weekend based to start with the possibility of growing into a planner position.

There have been lots of new faces here as we head into the holiday season, and felt like a good time for a (re)introduction!⁠

I am a western MA native but spent much of my events career in Boston + Portland, ME before returning to my roots to begin Aligned Events. I live here with my husband and three rescue pups in an 1800's farmhouse that we are (very slowly) renovating.⁠

Travel is my other great passion. My favorite places (so far) are Japan, Thailand, Argentina + Italy. High on my list - once it's covid-safe - are South Korea, New Zealand, Kenya + Bolivia (but always taking recommendations). ⁠

Sustainability has always been hugely important to me and I love to infuse events with as many zero-waste options as possible.⁠

I love this business because it blends my love for meticulous organization with magical and whimsical design + vision planning. Mix in a love of working with couples and being a romantic - and it's pretty much a perfect match.⁠

Saturday was a dream. So much love to Ariana + Pete on a beautiful and heartfelt day. After two postponements, these sweethearts were finally able to celebrate with all their favorite people. So many thanks to the team who made this day so very beautiful.

When suggested giving our moms letters at our wedding - my husband and I knew instantly it was the missing piece of our ceremony. That moment is so clearly etched in my memory, and I'm forever grateful to Hannah for her suggestion.⁠⁠

Working with a professional officiant is one of the biggest pieces of advice I give to engaged couples. Of course - I always support couples who elect to have a family or friend marry them - but the benefits of working with a professional officiant are endless.⁠⁠
