I have a dear friend that is in the process of looking for a new place in the Bellingham area. She is a quiet single professional that is looking for a studio or one bedroom (MIL/ADU would be ideal) in the general Bellingham area, is okay with a little bit of a commute but does not want to be too far out in the county. I know rent has gotten a little steep these days her budget goal is around $1400 a month. She is a clean quiet person and would be living alone. If any of you have any leads let me know she has been watching Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist and the usual areas without too much luck so any help would be appreciated!

I have one gorgeous sister with three beautiful children and an awesome husband. We rarely see each other because they live in the Netherlands. For too many years I've told myself that I can't take time off during peak wedding season. F THAT! I'M DOIN IT! Looking forward to an epic, long overdue family reunion. Good food, great conversations, love and belly laughs on the farm. Plus some work because if you get close enough to my dad he'll give you something to do. That's where I get it from. 😂
