Saturday, May 25, is our iconic Fiesta parade! The parade will begin at Mayflower Drive and Canyon Lake Drive North at approximately 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 25. The parade will make its way down Canyon Lake Drive North and turn right onto Vacation Drive. From Vacation Drive, the parade will make its way to its endpoint, Lighthouse Drive. Parade participants can exit the parade by taking Lighthouse Drive to Canyon Club Drive and onto Canyon Lake Drive North. Please note, that parade participants can continue on to the Lodge, Holiday Harbor, or Indian Beach directly after the parade. After the parade disperses and the barricades are lifted, Sierra Park and Eastport Park will be accessible.

ROAD CLOSURES & PARKING REMINDERS
The following streets will close at 8:30 a.m. and remain closed until after the parade ends:
- Canyon Lake Drive North (West of Steel Head Drive to Vacation Drive Stop sign)/Vacation Drive (from the Stop sign to Lighthouse Drive)
- Village Way at Main Causeway Closed
- Blue Teal Drive Closed
- Canyon Club Drive and Lighthouse Drive will be the exit route for the parade participants to head toward any of the five locations festivities are planned at. Please note, Sierra Park and Eastport Park will be accessible after the parade clears.
- Canyon Club Drive and Lighthouse Drive will be the exit route for the parade participants.
- Restricted Parking: No Parking from 6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 25, on Canyon Lake Drive North (from Steelhead Drive to Vacation Drive) and Vacation Drive to Lighthouse Drive.

The Canyon Lake Yacht Club is excited to have one of the biggest events of Spring. This is when all Canyon Lake boats get dressed up for the start of boating season. There will be a brief Opening Day ceremony tomorrow, April 6, at 2 p.m. at Holiday Harbor and the Causeway tunnel with a flag ceremony and national anthem, opening remarks, and the traditional blessing of the boats. Exciting news! Starting Wednesday, March 6, the Lighthouse Restaurant and Sunset Lounge and Terrace hours are expanding. The Lighthouse Restaurant will be open an hour later for dinner Wednesday through Saturday, while the Sunset Lounge and Terrace will open at 12 p.m. for lunch and stay open an hour later. Lunch hours on Saturday and Sunday will remain the same.

With the spring time change on Sunday, March 10, these modified hours allow diners to better capture the breathtaking views the Lodge offers of the lake that gives Canyon Lake its name. The panoramic vistas now visible from both the Sunset Lounge and Terrace and from within the Lighthouse Restaurant are unmissable with the later sunsets during spring and summer.

Sunset Lounge and Terrace Hours

• Wednesday – 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Electric bicycles must be registered with the Canyon Lake POA to promote a safe and enjoyable riding experience. Additionally, all members riding an electric bicycle must complete an online safety exam. Registration is available at the Member Services office during regular business hours. Additionally, this Saturday, January 6, the Canyon Lake POA is hosting a registration event at the Canyon Lake POA office from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. To streamline the process, take the Electric Bicycle Safety Exam online before your visit. Upon successful completion, you'll receive a certificate, and our staff will promptly confirm via email. You do not need to bring the bicycle for registration. Upon completing the online safety exam and member verification, a tag will be issued that must be attached to the bicycle's rear.

The Canyon Lake Pickleball Club is sponsoring an introductory class for beginners that will teach the basics and fundamentals of pickleball on Sunday, January 7, at 1 p.m. The club will provide paddles and balls.
