Julianne and I had a great time speaking with non-profit friends on Whidbey Island. Our workshop was put on by the Whidbey Community Foundation.

We are pictured with WCF executive director Jessie Gunn and program and marketing associate Maureen Rice.

It was also cool to see and hear about the history of the Pacific Rim Institute for Environmental Stewardship ... Which is where our workshop was located.

It was my 10th year as fundraising host for this "fun"draiser for the Bellevue Sunrise Rotary!

A spirited live auction, food truck, a record-breaking paddle raise, and of course a croquet tournament!

This group loves to support the Appliance Replacement Program. Since 2017 more than $250,000 has been raised, and more than 400 appliances have been delivered to local families in need.

I got a special tour of the new Snoqualmie Casino Hotel and Event Space. And leading our tour on Thursday was the CEO of the Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel Mary Lou Patterson.

The new event space here is awesome ... I will be recommending it to clients. They have thought of everything.

The spa and hotel and new restaurants were pretty amazing too. I live in the community and can't wait for a staycation... And can't wait to try the new restaurants.

Another great event with Ballard High School... One of earliest supporters.

We are finding that many nonprofit and corporate events need added help in the final stretch up to their events. Items like bid card packet preparation, managing meals, a last-minute requirement for sound services, event management (like check in/out/data entry and show running), and event hosts.

At Kilbreath Events, we are here to help.

I’ve had such a great time working with Nina and the team over the years, helping raise funds for Cedar Park Christian Schools. This year’s event was especially meaningful. Instead of the traditional gala format, they hosted the event at the school and it featured a powerful 45-minute worship service.

It was amazing to witness this community come together in support of the education that Cedar Park Christian Schools provides.

We held a small live auction right in the sanctuary — and averaged an impressive 154% of item value! On top of that, the Raise the Paddle saw a higher per-donor average than in previous formats.

Way to go, CPCS!
